La struttura è accogliente e all’interno si può trovare tutto, ristoranti e un piccolo negozietto. La zona piscina è molto carina.

Le camere sono un pò datate e abbiamo dovuto cambiarne 3 perchè c’era un forte odore di muffa.

The rooms are good in size. The location is great, 5 min drive to all other yas island attractions. The pool is nice.

I booked a standard room. However, the receptionist pushed me to upgrade to a seaview room. Worst discision! Most of the sea view rooms have a bad odor, that stems of humidity. I had to change to 3 rooms just to find a bearable one. Of course, they wouldnt give me back the upgrade money that was a total waste. Why would you push your client to pay extra just to get a room that you know well, it suffers from bad odor?! lastly, to the hotel management, please dont write this under my comment: "we are sorry..bla bla bla". Ethier you refund me my upgrade money or just dont bother.

Parts of the hotel are very dated, needs a refresh. It's overall fine but can tell it's an older one.

Great location - yas parks voucher a bonus and nice touch. We visited the seaworld park. Great restaurants and facilities at the hotel. Beach near by. Good food, breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was initially allocated room 248. As soon as I walked in the smell was extremely putrid! Smelt of dampness & old carpet. The curtains had many dirty stains. There was paint droppings on most corners of the bathroom. The bath tub had someone’s hair around it! Went down to reception and changed the room, was able to view the condition before accepting. Staff were helpful, however never once apologized for the inconvenience nor did they come see what I was talking about. The new room was much better, smelt and looked cleaner. The facilities are great but the rooms are outdated, mainly being the carpet.

Breakfast was good

There was a cockroach in the room!!!! We paid 1600 AED for two nights!!! When we complained the staff was just unbothered. We had to carry our things to the next available room like it was just an airport motel. Just awful.

Superbe hôtel et très bien situé pour un court séjour. Nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes avec vue sur la mer. Prix correct.

The room is neat and spacious, toilet is clean. the balcony has a breathtaking view. Breakfast is fine. Our booking comes with Two free tickets in either Warner Brother or Ferrari world. There is also a shuttle and brings you anywhere within the Island. Although i had a problem at the time of check-in regarding my booking the staff compensate it by upgrading our room to a bigger and nicer view.

1. Room is not completely soundproof. We checked-in on Christmas Day and we had a celebration, so we were very loud :)). The staff went to us and told us politely that the room next to us is complaining and they could not sleep. 2. Check-in is so busy. Maybe because of the season.

Многое пересолено. 80% еды - из индийской кухни. Кофе просто пить не возможно, это желуди жареные) Полное отсутствие регуляции завтраков/ужинов со стороны руководства - нет дресс-кода минимального, ходят босые дети в пижамах, люди едят в проходах стоя, то, все в шортах на ужине и в шлепках - это уже минимальное неудобство по сравнению с остальным. 80% поселенцев - большие семьи из Индии. А это очень громко! В бассейне, в коридоре отеля, на завтраке - везде надо шум перекрикивать

We liked the freshness of the colour scheme in our room, we overlooked the golf course and the pool which was fab. Loved the pool without music, one of my pet hates is loud awful music, spoke to the barman and he said a lot of people had said they also liked no music.

I didn't like the bedding, it was weirdly bumpy.... the bed was also noisy i guess from the mattress protector. The reading lights beside our bed didn't work and the maintenance man said he couldn't fix it. The sliding doors were so hard to open, he tried to fix that but couldn't either.

Good location

Old furniture, beds especially-need to be changed, some parts of furniture broken; hair dryer is not possible to use if you want to see yourself in a mirror.

Comfortable bed. Nice bar and lobby areas.

Room was dated and required refurbishment. Two very noisy families let their children run back and forth in the corridor screaming. Breakfast was very busy and a free for all.

We came to visit Abu Dhabi Parks and our choice was to stay close by on Yas Island. Free tickets from hotel for every day of our stay to Yas Island Parks (Ferrari, Sea World, WB) were a great addition to our stay. Breakfast was rich, even though each day was almost the same, Room with a nice balcony, opening windows and we could nicely refresh our room. I would say this hotel will be a great choice for families with kids vising parks around

Furniture in the room was a bit worn out.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accommodating. We got to hotel very late but Mr. Vamshi was able to assist us and provide a better room location. And upon check out, Ms. Rachael was able to grant us an extension for a couple of hours to enjoy the hotel facilities. So these were a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay and definitely will recommend this.

Too crowded for breakfast. A huge hotel amd small restaurant which can't accomodate all guests after 9am. Breakfast variety is poor. Hotel charging money for simple spoon if you ask to deliver it to room. Toilet door is not possible to close, as well as there is a window to toilet and the jaluse can be open from the room. In case if you stay with kids, it is not convenient.

In room privacy, like bathroom curtain opens from the bedroom so, anyone can open and see inside the bathroom. Bathroom does not have lock and again the children can easily open.

Dear Sirs, we have ordered a Wake-Up Call yesterday evening for the time of 10:50 PM but unfortunately we haven’t received the Wake-Up Call!!! Therefore we were in a real hurry and couldn’t longer wait at the reception when we checked out at 11.00 PM. I request you to refund my affected night accordingly to my credit card. Waiting for your immediate reaction and the refund. Room number 753

Nice location walking distance to yas marina circuit

The pool area wasn’t so great and the shower wasn’t great in the room

The staff are so welcoming friendly and very good at there jobs The location is brilliant right on the beach with easy access to Yas beach the race track plenty of bars and restaurants The hotel has its own beach which you are transported via a buggy takes about 1 min but there is nowhere to get refreshments so make sure to take them with you

The rooms are very dated and need a refurb but still clean and the beds are very comfortable

Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, maintenance could be better but generally functional. Nice that balcony doors can be opened to allow fresh air into the room during this season (November) when the climate is pleasant. Breakfast offered adequate choice, friendly and helpful staff everywhere.

Shower is not very practical and experienced some technical glitches. Hotel staff/reception was extremely helpful and immediately responded.

Room was extremely cold when we arrived - but there is no problem to heaten it up in short term.
