Location was perfect, right next to train and busstation and citycenter. Room was big. Staff was friendly.

The room was cold and a little bit damp. There was an air conditioning/heater but either it didnt work or we didnt know how to use it. Probably should have asked the staff, so maybe our mistake. We expected a little better breakfast comparing the prize of the hotel. But maybe the prize is because of the location.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we needed some help with tickets and printing. They were also pleasant and helpful with local information. The breakfast was the finest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

I expected a bigger room as I booked a superior room - wasn’t much bigger than an ordinary double room at a rate that we normally pay for a standard room - so I was disappointed

The pillows could have been nicer. They were too flat.

The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bathroom had good counter space for 2 people close to the sink.The staff were great. Nice and helpful.

Buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection but the eggs and bacon were not very warm. The beds were a little hard for me.

Breakfast was still offered at 6am (before the normal time since we had to catch an early train) and was very good. Gluten free bread and croissant in addition to other packed gluten free products were also offered upon request and all this was much appreciated. Location was perfect for us very close to the train station and near the centre. Room was made available at 11am upon checking-in before the expected time and this was also much appreciated. All staff was very helpful.
