The ambience, location and facilities of this hotel were exceptional.

If I really had to find something i would’ve liked to have complementary or discounted parking but luckily we were only there one night otherwise it would’ve been very costly to add the cost of parking.

Beautiful hotel interior, friendly staff, very spacious outdoor courtyard and bar area. Spacious suite with lots of amenities. Parking lot right across the street.

Great location to city center and train station.

The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and great balconies.

stayed many times at Laurin, and we appreciate the dated rooms that are being kept at a very good condition. The park is just super classy and we love the pool as it feels like back in the 50s. Breakfast on the terrasse is just outstanding. The hotel is pretty pricey, but Bolzano is not cheap hotel-wise.

the furnishing in the park should be kept at better condition. Dirty at times. The carpets in the room is clean I guess, but it has lots of stains and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on it.

Breakfast was out of this world! So we’re the grounds, the pool, the rental bikes, all in all a wonderful experience. All the staff were super nice!

The restaurant on site, very fancy and pricey, served me one of the worst dinners I’ve ever had. Inexplicable, because this was the same facility that served such a superb breakfast. 🤷‍♂️ Also, there was a problem with the wiring in the room. It was very low current, taking over twice as long to charge my portable electronic devices as usual. This was complicated by the fact the outlets were on the same circuit as the lights; since you had to insert your room key card into a slot to turn the lights on, when you would leave the room and take your key card with you, not only did it shut off the lights, but ALL the electricity in the room, so any devices you may have left plugged in to charge would not.

Location was great, close to train station. Staff was great. The room was beautiful and plenty of space. Beds very comfortable. The restaurant was very good. We had dinner that was very good.

The location to the hotel was perfect. I loved, I got a room upgrade to a suite. The hotel is in a perfect location, it's close to the train station, shopping, walking distance to most of the sites

What I didn't like is, I assumed my room was booked as a double occupancy unfortunately, because it wasn't, my room was increased by almost $100 per night

mattress and pillows are very comfortable. It’s very clean. Breakfast is good. Stylish

Bathrobe is missing. Área is a bit noisy
