Very good location, clean and quiet place. I spend 8 nights there, stayed in two rooms, both were perfect, both with windows to the yard and the mountains. Quiet, tidy and very spacious rooms. I received an invoice, as promised. Coming back to Bolzano, this will be my location for sure. It was a perfect stay and I absolutely do recommend this place and host!

room stayed pretty warm even with the fan on. the bed was very creaky, if you move in your sleep it makes a lot of sound.

spacious room with everything you need for your stay. Right next to Waltherplatz ( everthing is in walking distance). Even though it was a really hot day ( >35C, >30C during the night), the apartment was relaxing ( fan in the room). Tip: If you sleep with open windows,bring earplugs since the street is noisy during the night as well. As soon as the windows are closed, no noise from the street comes inside.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and city centre. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment, it provides good cooking facilities.

There was a bit of confusion about the wifi access. It would be handy to have the details written in the apartment.

Great mountain view and double glass doors opening to the balcony. We could see the church bell tower as well! Host was friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit hot (in late May). The host was very nice and got us a fan. However it still wasn’t cool enough for us. Shower was a bit small.

the host was nice and gave us all the information needed. the place is clean and the things we need are there except air conditioning or electric fan is missing.

it’s hot no fan or air conditioning and close to the main road, you na hear the noise and the sounds of the vehicles passing by.

It’s a great apartment- very clean, accommodating owner and has complete utensils. My husband was able to cook dinner and breakfast as there’s a small grocery store nearby. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from the train station.

Well located for centre. Check in was smooth and hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Would have liked some warmer blankets for the bed.

The location is perfect, very close to the station and the bus station, so u can easily hop to ur next hike. Old town is also just a minute walk away.

-The room is fine, clean enough, and located right next to the old city center. -The host was cheerful and welcoming, giving some recommendations about the city.

-Horrible check-in procedure and terrible communication: We were informed there was parking available not beforehand, but only at the moment we were driving into the city. Causing us to not go to the parking we planned, but follow the host. However, the directions to the parking were frustratingly unclear. Having to follow the host on her bicycle who kept disappearing amid endless traffic jams. -Wifi didn't work during our entire stay. No effort was made to fix it, nor was there any compensation. -Terrible payment method: normally you can pay by card at the apartment, but this didn't work (probably because the wifi didn't work). Causing the owner (who wasn't present) to call us by phone, asking for my credit card info and CVV security code so he could make the payment himself?? (FYI: never give anyone this info, there's a reason Card Stop exists.) So after an already tiring check-in I had to go to an ATM-machine in the city center to get cash for the payment. I don't understand why they couldn't simple bill the amount to my credit card, as I've done with so many other apartments on booking.com. -Not enough warm water: count on about 1 short shower. -Noisy busy street right next to the apartment. Loud even with the windows closed. -The room is not very cosy, only some basic furniture, but if you stay only for a short period it's fine.

Minimalistic but spacious; good for more days with great shower.

Bed is not very confy and you really miss air-co on hot summer.

It was a one overnight stay related to a business trip. The lady that welcomed me to the apartment was very friendly and The apartment is excellent and well equipped. There is a kitchen and refrigerator and microwave and all you need if you want to prepare your food. Next time I go to Bolzano, in holidays, I would stay at Fewo.

The invoice I needed and requested was not provided on the spot. Still waiting to receive it, hopefully in the next day or two. I stayed in a quiet room, which is great. But I assume there are rooms facing the main street that might be noisy (not sure though). This might be important to take note though.

Enrico was very friendly and helpful. Communication upfront was uncomplicated and the appartement was clean.
