The ventillation in the bathroom was not functioning. The ventillation in the room eas switched off during the night. No parking at the hotel, only at a close parking house.

The air con seems out of order BUT there is a table fan in each room.

We booked 2 family rooms for 2 night but they could only arrnge 2 rooms in different floor. The door lock from one of the room is nearly out of order. you needed to pursh very hard each time to lock the door. The staff did promise to report and fix but it is still not fixed before we left. Although it is not allowed to smoke at the hotel, but we did see people take a cigarette to the back stairs next to the lift. And there were smell of cigarette at room whole night. No service at all and most of the staffs there are not helpful. just keep rejecting you any request but some of them did have smile on face. hope this make you feel better.

Was my first time at the hotel and stayed for two days the whole experience was excellent from arrival to check out,the staff are so nice and helpful and very friendly manner,food was excellent and very tasty too. The room was amazing and so comfy I've never felt so relaxed and the hotel was very clean and so was the whole experience and nothing out of place my room and very clean to a very high standard and I loved the experience and will definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends

The heat in the room was unbearable but so glad I had a fan in the room the only complaint I had and staff are aware of the heating and are fixing it.

Accommodation is a little tired although refurbishment programme is ongoing.

Staff were great, inside was nice, lovely decor.

Leisure club was closed. Management gave a bottle of wine for the inconvenience.

The ladies on reception were very friendly and the hotel manager was helpful 10 minute walk to station & centre Seems like they have only just re-opened so everyone is new and enthusiastic Got a free coffee

My room (7th floor) was dated and depressing - old furniture, minimal decor, very old fashioned - looked nothing like the pictures online There was no bottled water in the room, no minibar, no snacks available etc. There were no leisure facilities available during my stay - understand they are being renovated however this was the only reason I chose this hotel and it wasn't clear before booking Bar area was recently done up, looks nice but it wasn't really ready for paying customers - not a full stock of drinks, couldn't see any food menus - the only drink I ordered (pepsi) didn't taste right (gas had gone, it was flat) Breakfast looked OK - nothing special The building is in a scruffy area For £200 a night, I'd expect much much more and would definitely chose other hotels over this one

My one night stay was cancelled by the Hotel. My Brother, who has Down Syndrome was looking forward to staying over as we were going to the Queen Consert on 2nd June. I am still waiting for my refund one month on.

the hotel cancelled without much of an explanation which left me paying out last minute prices elsewhere as we had a concert booked in Glasgow.

Lovely big room. And good facilities. Was a bit noisy in the pool due to swim lessons for kids going on. But didn't bother us.

Bed was fine, table/chairs were fine. Room got very warm. People were really helpful at the front desk! Food was a little expensive but it was convenient.

Room got too warm and it was hard to cool it down, especially at night.

Brown, disgusting layer at the bottom of the kettle. Exactly two tea bags which we didn't want to use then.

Fantastic size room and bathroom. Large bath tub was a very pleasant surprise. The pool and leisure facilities are excellent.
