Location was perfect. Convenient to access the metro and good city views. Tour Eiffel view was also good. Immaculate room, great to have kitchen facilities but plenty of restaurants also nearby for all budgets. We booked a twin but provided with a double room in error. This was fixed very quickly, within 5 minutes we had a great guy come to sort this out for us. Staff were polite and helpful and I will book again.

Always better with more tea and coffee in the room, wherever I stay! No milk provided but I liked the fact that this mean't also less plastic used. Maybe a choice for hot chocolate would make up for having no milk but there was a Monoprix opposite so easy to buy if needed. Bottled water was left on the side of the kitchen area. It would have been better left in the fridge. Really hard to find fault it for the price paid.

Paying for the view of the Eiffel tower Breakfast was a joke!! Paid $700 for one night stay and the breakfast was a disgrace.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room 704 is amazing 😍 A hotel location is very good, so comfortable 👌

But the room repair is very very bad and needs updating. In the bathroom the plumbing are so old, on a kitchen all furniture are damaged 😏

We didn’t get a good nights sleep throughout the whole stay. Whoever was staying above us was dragging furniture across the floor and making scratching noises ALL through the night (we initially thought a raccoon was in the floorboards above us, but raccoons can’t drag furniture around like this person was) The hotel was located right next to the metro station and only a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower; however, the area was a complete dive and it was quite scary to walk through at night There was mould growing on the bathroom ceiling, and paint chipping off the door etc Overpriced for what it was

Rooms with Eifel tower view cost twice a much, yet we got a room when it was visible. Prime location, subway in a couple of steps (also as a minus).

Room are clearly old and beat up, it felt like it was at least been 10+ years from the last overhaul. At least it was clean. 2 matraces on a full bed tend to roll around making a hole in a middle, bot cool. Subway right near the hotel make a pretty big vibration that can be disruptive to some.

The location was absolutely amazing, a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in the centre of the city, nearby main roads that are very well lit and equipped with everything. The metro, grocery shops, McDonald’s and a Starbucks too!! Plenty of cafes and restaurants around too. Loved the area, so lively and such a good vibe. The staff at the place were great, as helpful as they could’ve been but also leave you to your own devices if that’s what you prefer. 100% recommend!!

One of the most amazing things about this place is its location. It is close to the metro, making it very easy to move around the city. The other thing is that there is a great space in the room for all of our stuffs.

I didn't like that the kitchen had very little stuffs, that the towels were a bit old and one of them was even torn and that we didn't have any cleaning service (there was no such information in the reserve).

Our room was exceptionally fabulous. It’s a little dated but gosh, the view of the Eiffel Tower is worth every penny especially with the little balcony. The little kitchen is as very well equipped and the bathroom comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The metro is right outside the door. The higher the floor, the better the view as the metro goes past the lower floors. The noise didn’t affect us as the metro runs on rubber wheels. We will definitely return. Merci

Citadines was a clean, comfortable and secure hotel. Close to restaurants (no food available onsite). Also very close to the train station - this was convenient but noisy in our room every time a train arrived and departed. I was not aware of this when I booked.
