Dreadful location to find behind M5 junction 19 service station.. Obviously a lot of people have trampled over what are now muddy paths to get to the front door after parking..

Good stop over place at good price. Must mention a staff member, purple hair, receptionist, did the bar, sorted an electrical trip in the room. Accommodating, noticed her sorting others guests queries out too, total credit to the hotel. She needs some sort of promotion/recognition

Reception was okay. Room was okay.

Lack of above road signposting directions to the Hotel - rather than driving round the lorry park first. Better signposting of hotel exclusive car parking spaces. Stayed at Ramada Wrexham previously and it was better lit and more appealing. Breakfast was okay but a little more difficult to find things such as fruit juices. Not many staff around.

Great location off the motorway, clean and comfortable rooms and all that you need for a night's stay to break a long journey.

Room and bathroom was a little small, but useable.

The 1 positive was it was a reasonable sized room with a comfy bed.. that’s where it ends!

Parking was dire. The staff were apathetic & the room hadn’t been cleaned properly! We only stayed as it was for 1 night & there was no alternative.. won’t go again!

Breakfast chef was expected to cook, serve and replenish bread, juice, etc. As a result we waited for items to be cooked and replenished. Breakfast was good but chef needed more support

Easy to find location. Quiet and staff were attentive. Coming up from the ferry at Plymouth this was about two hours drive, late of an evening so we were pleased to get there. We also had to move the date back a week and this was no issue to the staff.

Nothing really. We had little call on the accommodation other than a clean bed ans some breakfast - which was good actually.

The bathroom facility was a good standard! The staff were very friendly and very willing to help! Always smiling and happy to chat!

Our room was very very hot and there was zero air conditioning! The window to our room was under building fans and could hear them all night! Struggled sleeping due to noise and heat!

The room was not cleaned in between the 2 night stay. Lighting in the room was poor and bathroom extractor noisy.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely breakfast. Great option for a midway stop if heading to Cornwall from the North. We forgot something at the hotel. Getting in touch with them wasn't a problem at all. They were really efficient when going back to collect items.

We weren't notified of a lift so struggled to get large suitcase up the stairs

Reception staff member was just the right person to greet visitors, very welcoming. Room comfortable and allowed for a decent sleep.

The shower thermometer was really sticky so it was a bit scalding until I could get it to budge. Everything else was spot on.

3rd Visit here, and has good at the first. Staff very polite. The rooms are excellent for the price. Very clean and modern.

Much better than we expected from a motorway services hotel. We had a drink in the bar on arrival which we hadn't expected to be there.

This hotel is described as having a free car park, surely quite important for most people trying to stay at a motorway services motel. However, there are only a few spaces in the free car park, so in practice you arrive to find that it's full and you are told to park at the service station (where there are signs up telling you to pay for overnight car parking). It's quite a busy service station with people driving in at speed, so your car doesn't feel safe. The front of the hotel is unwelcoming and you'll have to wander through a cloud of vape smoke to get to the entrance, where you'll have to find someone at the bar to ask questions. We left and went to stay somewhere else, so this was a total waste of money, which would be understandable if the rooms were cheap but the overnight rate was extortionate given how bad this place is.
