The location was great, guy at desk helpful
As frequent travellers we have experience staying in different places within different budgets.
The room was dated and was far from a deluxe double.
The furniture was marked/stained
The hairdryer was hard wired into the wall and couldn't reach the mirror.
Not enough milk-when we asked for reception for more we was told to come back at 5.30 the following morning. No lighting where the coffee machine was so had to use a torch on my phone to use it and see what I was doing.
Even on the room clean the next day, nothing was restocked.
The shower gel was broken in the shower, when we finally did get some out , it was terrible. It was like rubbing talcum powder and water in my hair. Dried my hair out and became really knotty.
There was also a glass shelf in the shower which meant we couldn't stand straight in the shower.
There was also no information in the room about what's around the local area or the hotel facilities.
For a 4 star hotel , with a fairly hefty room price of over £225 a night, for what we received . The game really needs to be upped in comparison to competition with similar pricing.
Other than the reception guy on check in and location this hotel was inadequate

Very well presented. Room was big and spacious.
Had a make mark on the bed sheet, stain on the bed cover. Shower didn’t make sense on how to use it. Ended up flooding the bathroom. Wasn’t told what time checkout was and ended up getting a phone call. Assume our room was next to the laundry shoot as kept hearing banging. Kitchen utility room was out near our window. Believe me after a heavy night out watching Morgan wallen, I honestly didn’t want to be woken up like that.

Lots of small stairwells with just two rooms up these flights, can make it tricky with your bags

dejlig morgenmad meget forskelligt og europæisk. Der var kaffe/the øl, vand og frugt i hall'en man altid kunne købe/få. Meget hjælpsomt personale. ligger i et fint og roligt kvarter tæt på tog og bus.
Der var lidt lydt mellem værelserne, måske fordi vi havde et værelse med en dør til nabo værelset så kunne man høre alt herigennem.

It is clean room, cozy and warm. There are heater, water, apple, cookies in room.
It was close to 10 minutes walk to subway station. I feel difficult o walk with luggage.

The location was good.

Altough the breakfast is very basic and standart ,service of staff is much better and helpful.
Area of the Hotel is clean and silence and peaceful, Hydepark Lancaster gate is 5 min to walk , also transportaton via train is 5 minutes to Lancaster gate station and 10 minutes to Paddington station.
Rooms is not very newly decorated and furnitured but the bed is comfortable and the bath is enough, towels are clean and changed daily. Also , I am happyto say that they refilled the drinking water bottlers and apples and other small snacks everyday.
Breakfast variety could be more, rooms could be renewed. Some noise problem form other rooms late night time.

We stayed on a hot weekend. The room was tiny and like and oven. No aircon and the window was painted shut. It was impossible to sleep - ended up covered in wet towels and very grumpy!

Superbly appointed hotel. Warmly welcomed by hotel staff. Room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Brilliant location, a short walk from Hyde Park.
Almost perfect. The price is a little on the high side, but well worth it.

No bar, first room was in the basement and wasn’t great.

Nice location and nice building from outside. Meeting at the reception was very pleasant and fast.
Ground floor. Dirty windows. The carpet in the room is very old with the changed color. The issue with electricity - it went off when we wanted to charge the phone. It was very fast solved, but anyway I had to wait before fallen asleep.

Great location, two minutes walk from Hyde Park and about 10 minutes walk from Paddington! Room was clean, but some items were a little dated. I stayed in a deluxe double and it was a great size.

Stay here if you want to be near Hyde Park.
Very odd shaped rooms, place definitely needs some upgrading. The bedside table lights could not be turned off so we slept with the lights on. The next day, it still could not be fixed, they removed the bulbs so we didnt have any bedside lights. Fine solution indeed ya? Reception is not 24/7..we went out at 730am and no one was at reception. There are no shops within the vicinity.

Typical London townhouse with high ceiling and in a quiet yard. Staff tried hard to let us check in early.
There is a underground station near by but closed. Paddington station is 11 minutes walking away which is a little uncomfortable. If there is a door opens to the main street will be perfect.
