Purtroppo non ci è piaciuto molto di questa struttura
Per cominciare abbiamo avuto mille difficoltà a trovare la fermata per il bus/navetta che porta in hotel, poi siamo arrivati e ci è stato detto che potevamo fare colazione fino alle 11:00 invece recandoci alle 10:02 in sala ci hanno detto che erano già chiusi dalle 10:00. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto pagare per poter mangiare perchè a pagamento si può :(
Non c'è frigo in camera sono dovuto scendere nella hall per comprare l'acqua. I saponi sono bloccati a muro per cui o ti lavi le mani o ti fai la doccia (sempre che siano pieni, visto che il nostro sapone era finito). Bagno da rinnovare.

I was given a bath to shower in and it was unsafe as i felt was going to fall and hurt myself. It was cold in building. They wanted to charge me extra for dinner
Bath and being not told about meal specials i had to ask for salt and s steak knife. They left the doors opened as the howled tgtough the building

Eigentlich nichts, checkin war ok, Zimmer roch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, Heizung funktionierte nicht, abgewohntes Mobiliar.
Es gab keinen Cafe,weder in der Bar , noch im Restaurant, da die "Maschine" kaputt war, geht garnicht für ein großes Haus.Das Restaurant öffnet erst 17 30, Personal dort nicht sehr freundlich.

So easy and relaxing! Room was wonderful, restaurant was fairly priced and easy! Shuttle to the airport was PERFECT and runs like every 20 minutes. Staff was so friendly. Just all around perfect choice.

Habitación amplia, instalaciones bien. Hay un bus que hace un recorrido por varios hoteles y luego al aeropuerto. Muy buena opción para dormir cerca del aeropuerto.

Room was cold. No details of how to turn heating on or up. I was on 5th floor on getting to my room and there was a pair of pants in the hallway not a nice sight on arrival.

The location to the airport was good. The breakfast buffet was fine and it had enough of everything. The staff at the buffet was very friendly and helpful.
Neither my message via booking.com to the hotel nor my phone call was answered regarding the Hoppa shuttle service. Had to take a more expensive taxi instead.

We booked this for an overnight stay to catch an early flight the next morning. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what was needed. The location is very close to the airport and the reception staff were efficient and polite.
The lack of guaranteed parking and having to pay separate to the booking for it was something I only worked out the day we were going down. Fortunately we were ok so it did not affect our stay but I can imagine that could be a major cause for concern.

It is not walking distance from kfc and McDonald’s as some of the reviews said. Our fridge did not work. They did not have a microwave so the food we took with us was wasted as it could not be reheated.

The twin room was comfortable and not cramped. Bathroom facilities excellent. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were varied. There was a bus to the airport at a cost of £4.50 one way … or you could purchase a return ticket for £8. The hotel was within a leisurely walk to Horley.
The breakfast menu read as if there was a choice between a Continental orFull Breakfast. There wasn’t. There was a fixed fee of approx. £16 per person regardless of whether you wanted a small or large breakfast.

Evening meal didn’t happen as we got sick of waiting to be asked what we wanted at the table so Corbin and left.
