What breakfast? I didn't know there was one! Location was unbeatable for the airport, which was the only reason for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the big window - the design of the room is clever and fun.

I don't like that there is no partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. I found the electric on/off switches easy because my kids spotted them and understood instantly, but I think this could be a problem for older people or people with impaired vision, so I wouldn't recommend my mother or her friends to stay here because I think they would struggle to work out how to turn the lights on and off! Also, we found someone else's hat at the side of one of the beds, so although everything appeared to be clean it made us wonder a little how carefully the rooms are checked - dark colours and the texture of the floor made it hard to be certain!

When we arrived the receptionist was there to help us with little extras she was amazing and so knowledgeable about everything about the hotel ,this made us feel very welcome will certainly stay there again 😀 .

Room, way! too small, bed against one wall. Tiny room for the price. RIDICULOUS set up with the shower come toilet room which saw everything get wet. Cramped and claustrophobic. Nightmare. Never again and would tell people to avoid like the plague!

Que estaba en el aeropuerto y fue cómodo para coger el vuelo del día siguiente a las 7.

Tener que pagar 40£ por el early check-in, ya que no tienen habitación para dejar las maletas. Por seguridad, dicen. Pero es más bien para hacer caja. Un robo. Después de quejarme de esto, a posteriori, me dicen que se puede dejar la maleta en un storage en el nivel 2 del aeropuerto, pero la recepcionista no nos dió esa información, las opciones eran: pagas 40£ o te vas cargando con la maleta. Una vergüenza. La habitación es pequeñísima, menos mal que no hace falta deshacer la maleta para una noche, porque no hay nada ni parecido a un armario, pero es que a duras penas cabe la maleta en el poco espacio que no ocupa la cama. El baño es igualmente minúsculo, la ducha directamente cae en el inodoro. Las luces se encienden todas al mismo tiempo, no se puede encender solo la del baño, por ejemplo. O sea, que si uno de los dos ocupantes de la habitación tiene que ir al baño, o va a oscuras, o enciende la luz de la habitación. La lógica de esto no la veo por ningún sitio. No me volvería a alojar en este hotel nunca.

Great for me as working in the Terminal at LGW, nice view of the runway and apron from the end room. Staff all good and bed comfy.

I was not aware when I booked that the bathroom was actually a wet room so small it was impossible to shower without getting everything drenched . Coffee machine was not working . Lighting was really bad . Could not see anything .

Ideal location in the south terminal.. The staff at reception were most helpful and pleasant! The room was comfortable and clean.

I took a normal from and was not provided with the coffee machine I found last time in a superior room. Something minor though

Room was in terminal and location is greatest aspect . Staff manager was very helpful

the shower head in the all inclusive toilet was not good due to constant spray ...not ideal as floor got wet as you did when using toilet . The maintenace crew tried to sort it and there was a small refund offerred by manager for inconvenience which was good . Expensive room for what it is , but the location is its key selling point for convenience if you have an early flight

very small room with small double bed pushed against wall making it difficult if one needs to get up in the night without disturbing partner- unfitted sheets which meant bottom sheet pulled out and ruched up in night

Location was fantastic and room was silent.

La cercanía al aeropuerto y lo automatizado que estaba todo. Tenía un aspecto muy moderno.

La habitación era minúscula. El baño más todavía, se mojaba todo. Con el personal no era necesario contactar porque está todo muy automatizado aun así en el caso que contactes con ellos son educados pero muy serios y no facilitan la comunicación sobre todo si no dominas el inglés.

Our flight arrived around midnight so having a hotel right at the airport was fabulous. Easy to get to as there is a shuttle between the North and South terminals. Entrance to the Bloc is under the huge advertisement for the Bloc hotel

The rooms are small so having a mid size room means there’s more room for luggage - especially when there’s 2 of you
