Breakfast was good. Our daughter is gluten free and they did cater for this. However a way of toasting the bread in a safe way wasn’t offered.

Hot tub wasn't available for the duration of our stay. Disappointing for cost of hotel there was no swimming pool.

Excellent , convenient location. All staff are really very helpful. The bar is really lovely , a great asset , and the barman Davida very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean , possibly the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at . Breakfast was delicious.

Hot tub would have been a very welcome addition , although there is a hot tub , new for this season , it was out of action the entire week. Not informed beforehand that under 16s were not allowed to use sauna .

Went in September when it was the off-season therefore quite cheap. Amazing rooms with kitchen / huge bed and shower. It felt very clean and well built. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful and organised takeaway while we had a couple of wines from their bar.

laundry service was extermely expensive- 150 Euro- I would have expected the staff to elaborate regarding the high fee before. in addition we took transportation through the hotel- we were told it was 150 euro but the driver took 180euro. the hotel was not willing to refund us the balance. i hope we will be refund.

everything was perfect - the rooms are great and well equipped with everything you might need. saunas were awesome and the staff was super friendly. We got there after a tense drive and we were welcomed with hot towels, drinks & snacks. highly recommend!

We came back after 11 years and the Hotel still looked like it opened yesterday. The upkeep and attention to detail is really outstanding The apartment is very comfortable and cleverly designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast was fabulous Twice a week you can cook a meal with ingredients prepared by a chef [ we ordered a vegetarian meal] it was so plentiful that it was enough for another day

The combination microwave oven was difficult to use without proper instructions, a handle above the bath would be helpful, but these are minor issues within the overall fantastic experience.

We loved everything about our stay here. It felt so luxurious and comfortable, but not at all pretentious. The staff made us feel welcome and at home. It had so many thoughtful touches. The breakfast options were delicious, the views were stunning, and the spa was amazing. The bed was SO comfortable! Can't wait to come back one day.

I am not enough words to describe how marvellous the stay in Lagacio is!! Fantastico. From the first step on the property you feel you are cared as a guest, in every detail, in every service Lagacio offers. Great and caring staff. Delicious breakfast, you would find everything there to your taste. Room with the terrace is over our expectations. We wanted to live there and admire mountain view everyday day. Looking forward to our come back 🥰♥️♥️♥️
