The hotel doesn't allow food to be brought in. It's like being forced to buy food only from the hotel.

the main problem at this hotel that they didn't turn on the heaters in the swimming pools while the water was freezing.. the stuff was like we don't turn on the heaters before mid November.. last point about the free water at the sea side one of the stuff said it's free water so it's not essentially to give it to the visitors ( he make it sounds as he is paying for the water not the hotel ).. disappointing to the max

The check in experience was amazing and I would like to thanks the front office agent for his attitude and the way he spoke to us. He gives us full information about the hotel facility during the check in time. Im a hotelier and i was surprised from his way and i told him i will talk about him, and i believe his name Mousab.

I left my room so early, i called the Hotel at 5:30 AM due i cant come back to ask the team to check out the room to give you the opportunity to sell the room again, the employee received the call was sleeping and answered me with a bad way, i told him that i checked in yesterday and i want to do check out due i left early and i didn’t come back, he answered me what is the item that you forgot in the room and lost and found you can call at 12PM, i told him i want to do check out i didn’t forget anything then he told me i will transfer your call to FO and unfortunately no one answered me. I called again after few hours and i did check out. I believe that the operator not a Jordanian citizen. Over all thank you and wishing you all the best.

Can only recommend this resort. I have been there before. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Special thanks to Mousa at the Reception, who made sure we had an amazing stay. Also to the Room Cleaners, who did an outstanding job. Breakfast buffet has a great variety and is very good. The room is big and the bed very comfy. Great pool area and nice beach at the Dead See. Will come again!

The location is wonderful! The accommodation was great. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the guest relations manager was very considerate of my comments.

The level of cleanliness was believed to be what i expected. The room super clean, however, the bed fitting was not clean as well as the towels and smelled dusty

In questo hotel ho trovato il miglior ristorante del mio viaggio in Giordania. Lo chef ti coccola con una scelta incredibile di piatti tradizionali e internazionali, dalla prima colazione al pranzo serale. Solo al buffet dei dessert ci saranno una trentina di docli diversi e varrebbe la pena fermarsi qui anche solo per la cucina. Per il resto, Holiday Inn, fa il suo lavoro come ci aspetta da un cinque stelle.

Staff di portineria (non quello dei piani) simpatico come un mal di pancia e che parla solo arabo o inglese (un po' poco). Accesso come se si dovesse entrare in aeroporto: controllo interno auto e documenti all'esterno, nuovo controllo bagagli e metal detector all'interno molto seccante. Camere piuttosto datate, anche se tenute in perfetto stato di manutenzione e pulizia.
