Location was excellent and had its own beach access.
The room had a musty odor but after 3 days running the air conditioner the odor was gone.

Very nice place, rooms are big and clean, staff is really polite and happy to help. Amazing view from the terrace and nice pool area. The hotel has private beach and offers bus transfer and free bikes - really convenient.
With the amazing terrace that hotel has, there should be much better quality of offer and service at the bar. Aperitivo formula was really cheap.
The pool is closed during the lunch time - not really convenient.

Very good and professional personal. As our air-conditioning was not working we were upgraded in the better room with the direct sea view. Very kind! Breakfast was also excellent.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel spa, the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was great and all the facilities were nice and clean. The private beach was lovely and the sunset cocktail bar was amazing too, would highly recommend for a nice break.
It was quite a journey with flight and transfer to ferry port so would recommend staying somewhere near the airport and transfer the next day to break up the journey. The only thing I could fault is no evening food after 7pm, snacks and sandwiches were available but not dinner but local restaurants within 15 minutes walk.
I had one issue with the spa being told I had a free treatment, proceeded to have a treatment and was charged for the 'Free treatment' but this was a mistake and we actually had access to the spa not a free treatment. The treatment was great though.

Very well positioned, great view, especially for the evening Aperitivo. The private beach was very well maintained. The breakfast is absolutely SPECTACULAR.
The space with the umbrella and beach beds was a bit far from the water, which is a bit inconvenient when the sand is black and could get super hot.
