やはり客室に歴史を感じます。バスルームに入る時の段差がかなり気を使います。 同フロアに韓国人団体がいて深夜にも大勢で騒がしく廊下を往来。部屋でもにぎやかにしていたのでお国柄もあるかと思いますがホテル側からもしっかりアテンションしてほしい。

Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'hôtel se situe à 10 min de marche à peu près des magasins de Shinjuku

新宿から地下道で行けること、出張先に5分で着くという立地がなにより良かった。

宿泊客が夜中に廊下を走り回ったり？ノックの音のように聞こえたり？落ち着けない感じ。部屋の美容家電のコードに髪の毛がついていたり、鏡に汚れがあったりした。当たりが悪かったのか？

작지만 실속 있어요. 신주쿠랑 제법 거리는 되지만 리무진이 바로 호텔 앞에 있다는게 이점입니다

관광객이 많은 건 이해하지만 가끔 신경질적이거나 불친절한 직원이 보였습니다.

What i like most is its accessibility going to and from the airport. The limousine bus stop just right in front of the hotel. It’s very convenient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Also it’s very easy to store your luggage at the storage area near the reception. All you need is an i.c card to lock your luggage. If you dont have an i.c card you can also leave your luggage at the reception.

The room is small its hard to walk around because of our luggage. We need to put the luggage on the bed everytime we need to get or put something inside.

Great location in Shinjuku. Airport limousine bus stops here. Lots of shops & restaurants below & nearby. Efficient reception area. Staff keep some items we left behind by accident and had them ready for us to collect.

Rooms were more 3 star than 4. Not keen on pillows with polyurethane backs.

Location had underpass connection to Shinjuku main station. Walking distance around 10~15min.

Room was small, wallpaper was peeling. Walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbours.

Bed comfort and the cleanliness. Luggage storage room. If is rains, can use underground tunnel to Shinjuku Station

It’s great there is a bus to/front airports. Also it’s an underway walk to the Shinjuku station.

It would be best if there is a fitness center facility or swimming pool facility.

Service attitude of front desk staff is mixed. More than half the time, we were met with indifference or unfriendliness. The friendlier staff had poor English. We had the corner room and a double room. The double room was really small and made us feel claustrophobic.

The room was ridiculously small, we couldn’t even open our suitcases on the floor, had to open them on the bed. Bathroom raised from the floor which gave the effect of being on a ship, felt dizzy. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Close to train station The only positive thing.

館内は清潔で部屋も快適、疲れていたのでアイマスクが用意されていることに感動しました！

快適　レストラン併設　コンビニ多い　都庁・公園近い 新宿駅から地下で行ける。

足が悪いのでもう少し近かったらと思った。不満に感じたのはそれだけです。

景色の良さと、リーファのシャワーヘッドにはびっくりしました。

廊下を歩いている人の声が丸聞こえでした。

The rooms were so small you could not swing a cat. My son at 6ft 2 couldn’t stand up straight in the bathroom

The room was very old and the carpet in the room was dirty.

地點真的不錯，距離新宿車站步行約6-8分鐘，附近也有咖啡店與便利超商，九樓看出窗外是漂亮的～周遭比起歌舞伎町附近安靜、安全許多。B1與一樓就有超商及餐廳、餐酒館，地點滿分。

房間是中央空調，無法調節溫度，實在是太悶了，快要窒息，房間使用說明有寫可以跟櫃台索取電扇，但打去櫃檯詢問，服務人員問了為什麼，但不打算給電扇，很不舒服。開了加濕器後的效果也不大。雖然早就知道房間很小，但實際入住感覺壓迫感真的很大。連小行李箱都很難打開。下次訪問東京，寧願住遠一些的地方也不會想再住這麼小的房間。（而且價格也很高）

Our room has no AC and window can’t be opened as the lock button is broken.

Breakfast was very good. Buffet style with lots of options both Japanese and western.

The room was very warm.

空調以外は、全般的に良かったです。

部屋の空調の温度調整ができないため、 暑過ぎて、寝苦しい状態なのが、 残念でした。

ホテルのフロアが広かった
