Everything! kind staff, clean room, comfortable bed, nice yukata, even the location was close to a nice tiny river.

No elevator. Fortunately the staff helped me with my luggage.

Hotel is slightly of the beaten paths, however in walking proximity to the Heian-jingū, Nanzen-ji as well as all the shrines on known Philosopher‘s Path. Hotel offers tasty Japanese breakfast and its rooms are relatively spacey compared to other offers in Japan.

Furnishing is not the newest anymore , no elevator despite 4 floors

I loved the real ryokan experience.

The bathroom was smaller than I expected and the room was missing the room dividers.

Japanese room was very spacious for 1 person. As it was a twin room they allow to use the extra futons and amendities even for 1 person

The stay was good, easily accessible location, near Combini stores and a shrine. Clean and pleasant place to stay.

It is conveniently located near the beautiful sites of 清水寺, 南禅寺, and 円山公園. It was a good value for the price. And the staff were attentive and very kind.

The rooms and overall atmosphere were not the cleanest. There were some small spots that were not super clean and you can tell the place is old. BUT, it was not too bad.

Best location. Calm environment. Reasonable price. I hope they will upgrade the furniture, wall paper and so forth,as they get popular and rich. But shower without bath tab was really satisfactory for travellers. I enjoyed my one-night in Okazaki, Kyoto, a place for art.

For Japanese travellers, if they have a bathing bath somewhere in/out of the facility, it would be just perfect.

The WiFi connection was a bit slow and I couldn’t watch videos so smoothly.

The Kyoto Traveler's Inn was in a very good location near interesting sights such as Nanzen-ji temple, the Kyoto KYOCERA Art Museum, and Heian Jingu. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and the hotel was very quiet - no outside noise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a choice of Western or Japanese style breakfast.

I liked that there were multiple futons and blankets in my room. Often when booking as one person the hotel removes the extra items. With it being so cold when I went I really appreciated it!

It was kind of far away from the things I personally wanted to see and there wasn’t an elevator.

The location is strategic, including the parking, the room is so clean and spacious, the staff also friendly and hospitality. Thank you very much

The shower of the toilet doesn't work well.

Staff is perfect..breakfast is good enough and the location is walking distance to main attractions.

It is vey dark and old, no elevator. Bathroom is very very tiny and dirty.
