Handy to town. Nice common outdoor area

Easy check in and out. Good location.

Cold and run down. Towels were not replaced like the notices said they would be and they didn't leave spare toilet rolls.

Position was perfect The reception personnel were very helpful

The apartment was very dated with everything painted grey. The laundry was twice as expensive as everywhere else we stayed. It wasn't dirty but felt mucky, the bottom of the bathroom door obviously had had severe water damage and the corner of the lining in the shower was black, not mould but was rotton

Oven could have done with a clean but in general was good.

The location was right near the city center and it was fantastic! We also appreciated the pamphlets that showed activities like the glowworm cave tour and the Te Anau bird sanctuary. These really helped us make the most of our time in Te Anau. It was great that we were able to extend our stay one night with no problem and we got a free upgrade on the room! The laundry service was also super helpful for a pair of sweaty backpackers!

Nothing comes to mind, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay.

Great location, right on the lake, walk to town centre. Recently renovated so the apartment was lovely. The manager was very welcoming and helpful.

The lake view apartment was lovely. Great view. Owners were helpful.

Lighting was needed on the steps up to the apartment and also needed to light the steps out the front leading to reception.

It was very comfortable and private. Great stay
