The receptionist was very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. The room was spacious with the spa. Walking distance to the restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

Dave the host was very friendly, happy so made our stay even more enjoyable.
Location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops and lakeside walks.
Apt was serviced daily to a high standard, would definitely stay again if we make it back to New Zealand.

Comfortable clean room with kitchenette close to town restaurants and shops. Great location for a tour of Milford Sound without spending 12 to 14 hours coming from longer away. Walkable to Glow Worm Caves boat dock.
Te Anou is a small town still recovering from Covid lack of tourism. Many restaurants, hotels and stores were not operating on a normal schedule in February 2023

advertising and name, ie 'Lake front lodge" implies it on the lake front, which it is not, its quite a few blocks back from the lake front, a little deceiving

The location was perfect as it was only a couple of minutes from the town. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.
Parking just outside your room was a bonus and it was great to sit outside your room looking down to the lake.

The location is superb - on the lakefront, relatively quiet street, but easy walk to main street with restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Parking available right outside our door.

Excellent location, nice warm rooms in great condition. Spa bath was amazing and a good size. Staff/owners were lovely and provided a good run down on the happenings in town. Always our first choice in Te Anau and we recommend it to family/friends if they're heading that way.

Great location. Lovely reception staff. Clean and tidy and warm room even on a cold day. Spacious room, lovely relaxing couches and beds. Great recommendations for restaurants and tours. Thank you!
