Location, room and hospitality
Should complete their renovations asap. So that, clients can enjoy the pool and gym. Also, slippers should be kept in every room.

Location is just perfect ... vey convenient to travel around in Mumbai.
Rooms cleanliness can be improved a lot. The ACs dont seem to have been serviced, outside window panels and window roofs have too much accumlulated dust. Even beds are just bearly ok.

Outside cleanliness at the entrance. Door locking mechanism very shabby..

Everything was fantastic. Parking facilities was not good. But the valet service was fantastic.
The wash basin was blocked. The room could have been a bit larger considering we were three adults. The hotel folks could have given us an upgrade.

Higher charges for club room not justified. Cramped rooms. Not cleaned properly. The floor carpets had stale smell Located in a Very busy area.

The hotels name is not displayed prominently. A Restaurant named Muthuswami is displayed. Ramee Guestline name is not seen.
Had difficulty in locating the property even though I have stayed there earlier too.
