My room was very cozy and once I was shown how to work the heating, it was perfect for me to relax and enjoy my weekend away

The only thing I didn't like was the lady in the unit next door talking and talking and talking .. from 6am on a Saturday and Sunday - nothing you could do about that though. Otherwise everything was great thank you so much

location was good - walking distance to CBD

Room was dated and cramped and the bed not very comfortable

It would be great if windows had vent latches.

Comfy beds clean and tidy unit- good utensils etc in kitchen. Location is excellent and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Washing machine and dryer on site are good value for money.

I thought the room had stove elements but only had microwave, jug and toaster. We stayed here a few years ago in a 2 bed unit and it had stove elements for cooking so assumed the "kitchenette" meant that. The price was alot higher than previous stays in Napier - we come every year for scooter competitions and this is the most I have had to pay and the smallest room.

Sheets, bed & shower good!
