It was near to a cafe and eating district. The room is big. The staff were kind enough to let us change our hotel room due to a faulty door lock.

The first hotel room given to us had a faulty door which could not close/lock properly and reliably.

What an amazing place. Staff were great, they even gave us an upgrade to a room with ocean view for free on arrival. The beds were really comfortable and room was spacious and nicely decorated. Location is superb, ocean view as well as looking over the park, walking distance to market and all places of interest. Bus stops to all destinations are all close by.

The hotel is really close to many bus stations, convenience stores and many touristic sites.pretty close to restaurants and shopping district but still was really quiet.The room was really large, bed really comfortable. Came early and still was able to check in, which I really appreciated.

I think the hotel had some room renovated and the pictures on booking mostly showcase them, my room didn’t seem close to anything on the website. It was ok, maybe need some more dusting. But everything else looked a bit wear out.

Carpark design is bad with very tight turns. Quite a stressful experience to drive and park in the carpark. Reserved a room for 3 adults, but the amenities provided were only for 2 adults. Unable to reach the reception via telephone to make the request. We were then advised there is only one person managing the reception and therefore having to collect the amenities from the lobby ourselves.

Comfortable room and amenities. The lobby is pretty trendy, very Muji. We stayed in the Hae dong room 306 (exceptional view).

The smell in the bathroom was pretty bad and it got worse when the bathroom was wet. But it went away after we left the bathroom door open.

Fantastic location in Seogwipo with a good view and access to a lovely walking park. The area is one the less busy streets of Seogwipo and is nice and quiet. Some rooms have a lovely seaview. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. You can borrow books to read and there is a games area with drinks available. Thers is a front desk memeber of staff who speaks English and he was also a good source of information.

There was an bus limousine that could be taken directly from the airport. However, it was more than 1h journey away. Room was big and spacious.

Property was adamant on 3pm check in even though it was already 2.45pm. There wasn’t much facilities nearby. There was no housekeeping and you had to request it on a daily basis at the front desk, rather ridiculous.

it’s clean and at strategic location

the water pressure is super low, the car park is limited and the path is just for one car. if you have the other car in opposite direction, either one of you need to reserve. those who not skilful enough need to be careful. the toilet flushing system is not strong enough. my room toilet clogged, the customer service said you need to unclog your self with pump provided, ended up they change another room for us as requested.

Central Location for anything you want in and around Seogwipo. Wheather its for the numerous waterfalls around the area. The forests, gardens, and trails located in and around Seogwipo. Also a 30 mins drive from Mount Hallasan if you want to hike it. Numerous places to eat and drink. Comfortable bed, with a quiet room. Great receptionist who can speak English and was very helpful. We had a hole in our initial room they gave us and we took a picture to show it to her and just to let her know that it was there before we got there. We weren't expecting anything, but she changed our room without even asking.

My only thing I didn't like was that our A/C was turned off after a certain time. I like to sleep with the A/C on, but it wouldn't turn on and I was hot.
