The room (no. 103) was exceptional. There was a lot of space and had all of the necessities.

The breakfast by the pool took over an hour to arrive and wasn't very good.

The venue is a 5 minute walk to port Denarau, where we board our annual Captain Cook Cruise. Plenty of eateries and shops at the port. The terraces are near a golf club which provides pleasant views for residents.

Was a 3 bedroom apartment and we only needed one bedroom

We didn't get breakfast. It wasn't offered.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

We had 2 issues, a flickering light and a bedroom door locking. But the 24/7 reception rectified this immediately.

Laundry stuff were not included in a huge price of $800+ and when i called the front desk she said it’s $1.50 for a small pckt of laundry powder..and when i asked for 1 she said we hv to come to the front to get it…i was shocked an expensive resort dnt hv room services..so i went downstairs lucky our room wasn’t far frm the frnt desk but still i walked frm our room downstairs to the reception room..when i entered she said sorry i hv to ask for u to come cause there’s no one here just me! 👀🤷🏻‍♀️ couldn’t she walks upstairs to bring it? And even if 1 night, she still has to do her job. And it’s $800+ a night and the guest called for room services and she ask the guest to get it theirselves? She kinda ruin it but i hold it in and get past it didn’t wanna ruin my holiday in Fiji…anyway, everything was wonderful, the rooms, location and just that little bit..there should be laundry powder and stuff include and that customer service…but everything was nice and good experience too…vinaka

The Terraces Apartments are very close to Port Denarau and suited our needs for a two night stop prior to Blue Lagoon Cruise. The Bula Bus stops at reception throughout the day providing access to other resorts and many restaurants and is a fun way to see the Island. The pool is great with it's two long lap lanes and shallow beach area. We enjoyed a cocktail at the pool bar. The lovely, well maintained tropical gardens, and views to the waterway and golf course provided a very relaxing outlook.

Our one bedroom apartment (110) needs a deep clean which disappointed us as we don't have high expectations but there were layers of dust on the skirting boards and the floor was gritty. The kitchen surfaces were dirty. Occasional furniture is damaged and needs replacement. If you have the air con and / or dryer on, make sure you keep sliding door shut and run the fans to prevent condensation. We planned to use the kitchen but decided to eat at Cardo's and Lulu's due to lack of cleanliness of the kitchenette area.

Staff were awesome I requested hearly check in if possible and that was available Nothing the too difficult for the staff very accomodating

We did notice that we had mosquitoes. in the room on arrival quite understandable but maybe disinfect the rooms prior
