The shower facilities could be improved

Breakfast was excellent as always. Location superb. Facility is good

Hotel is aging. Lounge needs uplift and aircon during in lounge needs upgrading

Breakfast, shower rooms and restaurants are convenient

Room Make is insufficient in replenishment, and it is said that it is a room every day every day, there is no face towel, there is no face towel, there is a long time to wait for the elevator, so it is good on other floors. It takes time to go to the restaurant, the lobby

Checkin was fast and room was ready. Room appeared clean. Bed was comfortable.

You pay for your room and they take one entry for the room and another as a deposit. Check out is busy with no extra staff to help out. After waiting 25 minutes I asked the clerk if my room was okay. He checked with someone and my room was good to go and my deposit would be returned to my card. I checked my card online two days later and it showed both room and deposit taken from my card. If there was a problem with the room they should have showed me but it was left in good condition. Sent St. Giles a message concerning this but of course no response. If this is how they do business my face will never set foot in their lobby. Update!! It took a few days but the deposit was returned to my CC. Speedier response would have negated the bad review and not being upset when sending. Thanks for the return of the deposit.

Staff are always excellent, courteous and willing to help. Room cleaning staff are particularly nice. Roof top pool and gym added benefit.

room was big enough comfy and clean the staff where very helpful polite and professional the breakfast was ample and enough choice , very asian breakfast but that wasnt a problem people at the reception where also very helpful and polite ,porters and doormen where also outstanding

only problem i had was the distance to the nearest metro station ,which of course is not the hotels fault he he rest/ bar was closed early so no chance of a nightcap

room was sufficiently sized. amenities were good with in-room refrigerator. wifi was also very good.

hot water maintenance was scheduled during our visit. we were not informed prior so we had no hot water for an evening.
