The water heater was not working. A cold shower is no fun.

Good location opposite a park and close to the shopping centre. The actual apartment block was good, just shame about the apartment!!

TV didn’t work. Rusty batteries in the remote control. Dirty floor. Tiles falling off in the bathroom. Not even a complimentary bottle of water on arrival.

for the price the room could of been bigger, the refrigerator did not work well, their were no wash cloths, and the elevators are really slow for such a tall building

I booked a room with a 3-night stay and paid the full amount before arrival. I arrived at 23:59 and I checked-out right after at 00:41 due to hygiene problem. There are cockroaches and mosquitos in the room. When I informed staff, the hotel staff just said they would bring the spray the next day, which is not helpful when you need help during that time. And the walkway to the room is also very smelly, like a dirty ditch. So I left the room without using it at all and requested a refund. The hotel just read the messages until the last day of the check-out date with the reply saying that:" Hello Ma'am, we apologize, our team has decided that no refund will be issued for the booking. Thank you" So, in short: dirty room, no helpful staff, no refund even if you can not use the room because of the hotel's hygiene reasons. If you do not mind cockroaches, mosquitos or dirty ditch smell, go ahead to book the room.

I forgot something very valuable and important to me. And even though I hadn't contacted them until after 5 days, they kept it for me. And gave it to my friend who picked it up for me. Amazing!

We spent the New Year here and had an excellent stay! The check in was quick and took only a few minutes. There was plenty of free street parking in front of the building because of the holiday. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking a full course dinner. It comes with great view from the balcony so we were able to watch fireworks from a distance. Internet speed is quite good too, and we had access to Netflix and Youtube from the smart TV.

Its extremely central location is one of the best aspects of the KL Tower.

This was my third stay with them. There was a bad initial smell to the whole floor and inside of the room as well. the room’s balcony they had provided was extremely tiny compare to the other ones i have stayed.

No breakfast, but the restaurant, Nanos is next door. Good location.

From ME: Unit 14F is directly beneath a construction site and endless jackhammers. It is uninhabitable. We want another unit. Why did you put us here? Location was good since Japanese restaurants were in walk distance. Security was better than others. Washing machine was in room.

Electric consent was only near mini-kitchen, could not connect from the table. No room cleaning during 2-week stay.　A/C is old and noisy.

I stayed for 9 days But theres No Housekeeping staff to change linen Or clean The room. During my stay there was ongoing construction on the adjacent room. The thrash bin room (on same floor) is always smelly

Location was great for my needs. Security for premises is excellent with door men. Was not able to avail of pool, spa or gym facilities but facilities looked great when I checked. Liked having lots of extra towels available in the room. The availability of a five gallon bottle of drinking water was very refreshing and convenient. Apartment is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking supplies should one decide to cook meals for themselves.

It would have been nice if upon checking-in I was shown of the restaurant in the premises. Noticed it only after I checked out while waiting for my ride to the airport. Upon booking, was offered to upgrade for an apartment with a better view (the view was disappointing and not what I expected). Noise from other apartments are very noticeable (footsteps from above and noises on next apartments). Felt the apartment have thin walls. Air conditioner was located in an odd spot of the bedroom and is used to cool the whole apartment living space.

property is accessible in green belt mall, BDO bank is just beside of the property and 7/11. Staff and security are very helpful and very welcoming every time you pass by the entrance of the property.

All is great i had amazing experience in this property.
