Wir erhielten zur Begrüßung gleich ein Upgrade, es handelte sich um ein großes Apartment über zwei Etagen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Titicacasee. Sehr gute Betten, großes Badezimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Mauricio an der Rezeption, dessen Kundenservice alles übertraf, was wir bisher auf unseren zahlreichen Reisen weltweit erlebt haben. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, alles im Blick, sofort nach Lösungen suchend und stets ansprechbar.

We got a room upgrade and had a lovely room overlooking the garden and lake.
The property is lovely but the area was not great. Too quiet in the evening, although nice during the day.

Very beautiful and well located hotel. Clean and comfortable. Facilities are great and staff is helpful. Breakfast is ok with a great view.

Great restaurant, good common space for work, open open tea station, nice decor, friendly staff.
Beds were a bit firm for my taste. Rooms could use a space heater. It may be offered, I should have asked.

Clean, very comfortable rooms. Lovely view of the lake. Staff are kind, breakfast was good and an excellent location - close to very yummy local food so that's a plus. Overall a very relaxing stay.

I became ill during my stay and the staff were incredible. They were so kind and I could not have asked for more. Fabulous experience despite not feeling well. Thank you to all.

Room was amazing, so spacious with great views of the lake. Enjoyed sitting on our little patio in the sunshine. Room had a heater so was very comfortable at night.
Really could not recommend the restaurant. Service very slow and the meals extremely mediocre for the price. Buffet breakfast is only at the weekend but decent amount served to your table however. It is VERY quiet here during the week so lacks atmosphere.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and attentive to my requests. Hot water wasn't working well the first night but was remedied after I mentioned it the next morning. It was probably the nicest room I've stayed in in my life. The view from the front porch for sunset is incredible.
There were two large, loud music events right next door with loudspeakers and live bands and partying. The first night it stopped around 1am; the second night 9pm (though I was fortunate enough to attend the second night and it made my time in Copacabana). Not the hotels fault but relevant to my stay. English television would have been a real splurge but that's just nitpicking.

The staff were incredible. They did everything to make us feel warm and welcome, they gave us an oil heater when we first arrived (although the bed was really warm and we didn't need it!) and the caterer even spoke English. They called us when we almost missed breakfast and were attentive at every step. It's just a shame about the WiFi as I needed it for work.
There was no WiFi, which was frustrating as I needed it for work. It was there but didn't seem to work, and when I asked for help, it didn't seem to change. Assume there is no WiFi. We also had no hot water in the King Suite, we had to ask for it to be switched on each time we needed it, which was a little inconvenient.
