Clean room and very comfortable bed, great location with parking onsite.
Exceptionally helpful staff on reception, some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing really - parking in the central courtyard was secure but very tight, would be more difficult for a larger SUV.

The Hotel is located just minutes away from the beautiful Old Town. Within 5 minutes you can reach a dozens cafés and most of the attractions. There was a nice and secure parking spot when we arrived, which you can book beforehand. The staff was extraordinary friendly, helped with luggage and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Even when we booked last-minute breakfast they made it possible to get a table. Since we last stayed here (propably 2021) the Hotel did major upgrades, inlcuding new paint on the walls and way larger breakfast.
The room itself is large and quiet, so you easily can sleep with an open window, even on the weekend. The room was very clean, had a coffee machine, a hairdryer and super comfortable bed. The bathroom is way bigger than in most other hotel rooms and even included a baththub AND a shower seperately.
The breakfast now is generous for the price and inlcudes cheese, ham, marmelade, bread, bacon, eggs, fresh orange juice, coffee and much more. We loved it.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva (culpa nuestra) y desde el minuto uno buscaron una solución!
La atención, excelente es poco , súper agradables nos recomendaron cosas para ver , sitios a los que ir , el centro está a 10 min andando.
El buffet está muy bien.
100% recomendado!! Si volvemos, sin duda repetiremos!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He gave us a map and told us where to walk for our one night stay. We felt like we saw a lot of the best parts of the city having only been there one night. It was beautiful and very interesting.

We primarily booked as it was advertised with parking - it didn’t have any parking when we arrived, the internet didn’t work and none of the stairwell lights worked so we had to use our phones to get up the stairs

Can be a little noisy, but we did not mind. The Gentse feesten were in town so that could be the reason why

well appointed, spacious rooms. Surprised to have both a bathtub and shower. lots of light from the windows, very clean, little stocked fridge, nearby restaurant. Very kind staff. Refined elegance in a perfect location. Easy to get to from train station by tram 1.
well, just to nit pick--a better reading light bulb for the standing lamp near the chair with ottoman would have been perfect.

Particularly enjoyed the location plus the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Room was great too.

Great location (~10mins walk from all main attractions) and the room was a great size. Staff were friendly and even went out of their way to find an alternative room for me when I arrived two hours early for check-in and my original room was not ready (which they really didn’t have to do!). So impressed with this hotel!

location, friendly staffs, and sufficient facilities
The family apartment was not in the same building as the rest of the rooms. It was in a shabby building a few houses away on the same street. The worst was the smell in the room. It smelled like milk spilled all over the floor.

Brilliant Location so close to the city center and very accessible by tram from the main train station. Really friendly and helpful staff who were a pleasure to deal with. There is a pub connected to the hotel through a pathway that provides good food and drink, but it is not so close that you would hear the crowds at night. Spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Stairs were a bit steep and windy to our room, however this was fine as we are young. We stayed during exceptionally hot weather and the lack of AC showed however we did have a fan provided to us which helped.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt that we are welcome. And kindly staff member explain city map and things for us. Definitely i could stay again here if I return to city.
