Fantastic professional service from all the staff involved. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the beer was just as good. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever passing through.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent,dining and bar areas were lovely and the lawned garden is very nice. All the staff are really friendly and polite couldn’t fault them.

We were supposed to have a lovely garden view however we had a view of the car park and the bin area of the kitchen.our room was very tired needs updating and the tile’s in the bathroom had mould in the grouting.bed not comfy and could hear every sound from the guests upstairs.

Welcoming staff and exceptional food. Excellent value for money. Waitresses in the restaurant were attentive without being intrusive.

The bar, restaurant and food were excellent. Very nice bedroom and comfy bed.

Coming out of Worcester there was no signing to the village and when I finally arrived no sign to the pub - I suspect that the other pub liked it that way1

An excellent find. We were given a wonderfully friendly welcome and shown to our rooms which were more spacious and more comfortable than rooms in much larger and expensive hotels. The location was just what we needed - a quiet village setting and close to the Elgar Birthplace Museum. We will certainly stay here again on future Worcester trips.

There really was nothing to dislike.

We loved the location, I was working locally and stayed with my wife, it was convenient for me. The staff were excellent, especially Antonio who was the Maitre D in the restaurant, couldn’t do enough and didn’t bother us as many have in the past, the food was excellent, very pleasant stay.

I’m being picky but I’m that’s what theses are for, I like absolute darkness to sleep (I wear a night mask, and even that didn’t work, buy better curtains) Teach the cook how to cook poached eggs, they were like golf balls.

Beautiful place to stay, lovely garden to sit in and have drinks. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food fresh and tasty and good portion. Will definitely be returning.

Bathroom very cramped. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Toilet seat would not stay up. Toilet bowl soiled under the seat on arrival. Toilet bowl not cleaned properly whilst we were there. Shower lukewarm even on full. Sink tap very difficult to operate due to wrongly positioned shelf above it. Extractor fan linked to Bathroom light extremely noisy

the property has a lovely restaurant and lovely staff the wine is a bit expensive and not much choice of food for me but it’s all cooked fresh and enjoyable what we had

the rooms are getting a bit tired carpets could do with a good clean but hovered good
