Our room was brilliant.

No Office / Reception staff at Motel complex.

only thing we liked yous had sky television

This is a MSD emergency accommodation motel. The unit was dirty. The tv was broken with half the screen working. Other guests argued most of the night. Loud banging and swearwords.

Good location, easy to get to ferry in the morning. Petone was lovely - lots of shops and restaurants.

The accommodation itself was very dated and tired. Needs a serious renovation. Clean but not very pleasant.

property was dirty. black hairs on bed sheets and in bathroom drawers. soap dispenser and body wash dispenser both empty. Latch broken on bathroom window. room very hot. no air conditioning or fan available. contacted reception by telephone and email and have still received no reply. didn’t get to meet anybody during stay.

Not alot cleaners were respectful of my space and friendly to talk with. I also liked it when the prostitute that was next door left after 4 days of awful sounds and banging coming from its room all night. Also when the cops came to arrest a guest who had beaten up his partner. That was entertaining. And when I checked out.

The reception staff are absolutely hopeless and unhelpful. Reception is located at Another motel 100 meters down the road in a tight horrible carpark you can barely fit a work vehicle in. Receptionist barely comes out of the little back room to accommodate guests need. Very disappointing won't be back over priced and hopeless reception staff.

Convenient

Motel is used for transitional housing and parking space was outside the next door unit.
