Comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff.
The leisure centre is very poor.

Great staff who were very helpful including Sean who updated us on local slang. It was a very easy place to hang out in for a couple of days being very centrally located to many of the local attractions without the crowds. We couldn't be bothered going out for dinner as it was too easy and comfy to just eat in and toddle on upstairs afterwards. Bedrooms are very generously proportioned making it very relaxing.

It's beautiful mountain location with a fantastic view of the countryside.
Poor clothes storage in bedroom.
Breakfast good but dining room organised so silly. Had to as for cutlery, salt , literally everything.

Carpets were stained and dirty. Cleaners put clean sheets and pillowcases were put on the dirty carpet in hallways.

NOT a "Corporate Box" - bit of atmosphere and and old fashioned Hotel feeling
easy to access and close to lots of interesting tourist desitnations
Breakfast was pretty dull . The cooked breakfasts were fine. The buffet board was as basic as can be. Having said that the drip coffee was pretty good!

Loved #15 room, so big & bright with it being a corner room with windows on 3 walls, fab view of the mountains,huge bathroom, bed super comfy,slept great, had fish n chips,hubby had chicken curry - we both loved our meals, breakie was wonderful ❣️❣️❣️a gem of a place, very relaxing & peaceful

That a a steak sandwich which was average cost €20 and then they charged €2 for 2 tablespoons of pepper sauce, RIP OFF ireland is alive and kicking !!

Very pleasant spacious and peaceful room. Well equipped. We only stayed for one night but we had a good sleep and would have no hesitation returning.

outstanding and beautiful lodge with a staff of quality people, all willing to help and make sure we enjoyed our stay. would recommend this lodge and restaurant to anyone visiting Ireland.

We have stayed in this lodge a few times, was all refurbished this time decor was lovely. The restaurant n bar was much more spacious. A great selection on the menu, gluten free options were great as I am coeliac. The food was excellent.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, both very clean.
Found breakfast saucer on second morning to be covered in what looked like squashed banana. Good tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom but no snacks or tissues provided.

the breakfast was lovely and the dinner was great. I had the best fish and chips ever. The room had fantastic views from it. It was clean and comfortable.

The leisure centre was to small especially the pool

This is an old building but it was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was a great size with dual aspect and fabulous views across the mountains. The bathroom was old but very clean and the large bath was much appreciated as we were on walking weekend.
The bar is small but very welcoming and the food was fabulous.
The breakfast was very good with hot food being freshly prepared.
The leisure centre was contained in an other building. Its somewhat dated and small. But suited our needs on the day.
