Loved the location and the views! Amazing views and within walking distance from everything. All employees were kind and helpful. Parking on the hotel property was a huge plus!!

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Used dental floss in floor of shower and bathroom floor not the cleanest. Only other suggestion is to abandon the old way of needing key plugged in to get air conditioning to work. It was very hot when we were there and it was annoying to come back to a hit room when we wanted to relax for a bit.

This is a conveniently located property with very helpful staff. The room was comfortable, if a little dark.

The breakfast was not as good or varied as we have enjoyed in most hotels in Italy.

The view from the window was amazing and the closeness to everything was outstanding. Walking around in the forests and on the far side of the wall was splendid! Fantastic personnel and awesome views! I recommend coming off season though, cause I believe it could get pretty crowded... (Was there between 2023-05-13 and 2023-05-18)

The location was brilliant, inside the old town and with an amazing view. The staff is really lovely, everyone is professional and helpful.

The breakfast was "cheap", the bread was awful and there was not much choice. The pillows were really uncomfortable and there were people walking in the corridors at night waking everyone up.

This hotel is exceptional from start to finish. the location is amazing and it’s just a few steps away from the first Torri. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were really well informed and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

It has a steep access to the driveway but nothing the staff couldn’t help with by parking on our behalf

the place is very cozy and we had a stunning view from the balcony that we were not excepting. this stay really exceeded our expectations. staff is very nice and helpful, and location is just perfect.

Great localisation, close to main street but also in a quiet less touristy corner. Also nice views from the shared balcony. The staff was very hospitable.

Placed right in the center of San Marino the hotel offers a relaxing stay after a long day of walking around. Also the staff warmly informs of the local sights.

The bathroom felt a bit small.

WOW the view was amazing, well worth the trip. It is at the very top of San Marino you can see everything. About a 2 min walk to the castle ruins Breakfast was fantastic loved our stay. They always replied to my questions before we arrived.

Very nice and friendly staff, hotel is located really close to the first castle up in the city of San Marino. You can pick a room with a view or either get one with partial views. Breakfast is also good.

Rooms aren’t quiet at all, there was a lot of noise coming from other rooms during the night and early in the morning.

I got a room in which it was very warm, was at the lowest level, there was a view from the window to the wall and there was a constant noise from the bar day and night (not very loud, but interrupting at night). Fortunately there was another room available and a kind receptionist offered me an upgrade as a solution. I was lucky the hotel was not fully booked... :)

Location was cantastic

Hotel Rosa is in the best location for touring, right near the towers and an easy walk around town. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing.
