לצערי לא אהבנו כלום

את יחס העובדים, רמת הנקיון ירודה לחלוטין, בבריכה אין הפעלות והיה משעמם . הזמר שר במזרחית והיה ים רעש של ילדים. בחדר היו גוקים והחווייה היתה איומה.

אהבנו את פקיד הקבלה הנפלא שעבד בערב שלצערי שכחתי את שמו. היתה בעיה מסוימת הנוגעת לארוחת הערב בחצי פנסיון והוא פתר את זה מיד לשביעות רצוננו. זה מה שנקרא מלונאי. איש מקצוע מעולה.

לא ציפינו ליותר מדי, בכל מקום אפשר למצוא מה לשפר. אבל בסך הכל בתמורה למחיר ששילמנו היה בסדר גמור.

Номера очень чистые,персонал приветливый!много людей,много детей-но думаю это говорит о хорошем!

The room and facilities were very good. And also the the staff especially the manger mohamed asadi was so kindly.

The breakfast was ok. The help was nice.

The room was completely different than you see on pictures. Furnitures are old and chipped. We reserved a two bedroom and they offered us a suit. We had to fight and change 3 room till they gave us our room.

The view was nice.

My family and I booked two rooms at Club Hotel- a standard suite and a comfort suite. I booked the comfort suite to accommodate a family member with special needs. When we arrived, reception informed us that the room we had paid for (comfort) was not available and that we would both be getting standard rooms. He said the hotel was full and that there was nothing he could do. I asked about a refund for the extra money that I paid for comfort and understood that this would not be possible. We come from the U.S. and don’t know Tiberias or the language, so we could not, at that point, find another hotel. It was also shabbat. In addition to paying for a room that we did not receive, the hallway was full of unsupervised children playing soccer through the night. We did not sleep due to the noise. The rooms were dirty, run down, and not as pictured on the booking.com website.

The location and view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious.
