Quite big appartement close by old Tiberias. Comfortable bed, basic shower. Private parking place is very nice.

a great view from the terrace to the lake, perfect to see the sunrise; very caring and supportive hosts: give you tons of helpful advice on what to see, to do, where to eat etc.; you feel yourself a part of the family; nice room and overall building in a quite, yet central location.

The view onto the Sea of Galilee was great and the place was very easy to find and easy to reach with the bus. Also tbe room was bigher than I expected.
The staff wasnt always there during the said hours but when they were available, they were very nice and helpul.

The villa is perfectly located, walking distance from the town and restaurants.

Staying at Villa Alliance was beyond our expectations (couple) starting with Anat the friendly host and continue with the lovely room, clean, comfortable and cozy beds. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood, only two minutes walk from the center. The view from the Villa is beautiful as well. We really liked it and definitely will come again.

The location is great and the view is amazing. Even though the rooms don’t have a balcony or a view the terrace is great, as you can see the Kineret. I loved the vintage style of the place. Towels were changed everyday and some sort of cleaning was provided. The jacuzzi was a great facility.
Needed more cleaning, sometimes there was a bad smell from the sewage. The room is very hot so the AC needs to be turned on constantly. On Shabbat the checkout is 12:00 which is not common in Israel on Shabbat.
