The room was nice and clean

The public areas like pool, lobby, dinner hall are dirty and need renovation.The pool area tiny for such big hotel.

We booked an all inclusive including meals and all . We went into the food area for the meals and it was really not good the food looked like it came from a soup kitchen , it was not even good. We had to go out to eat at restaurants we skipped lunch amd left he early

he director of the establishment Nehila Yazbak was particularly kind, she manages really well. his establishment. We were with the family, with children and the elderly. She did everything to make our vacation easier for us. The staff was really nice. Very clean hotel, comfortable rooms. varied, copious and well-cooked meals… for all tastes. I would do it again without hesitation

Leonardo Club in Tiberias is the cleanest of all the Leonardo I’ve ever be in. our stay was so good. In America we rate hotels by stars. 1 is lowest and 5 is superior. Leonardo Club Tiberias gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was dirty in the rooms, the hallways and the dining area. The chairs in the dining area were sticky making me feel kind they have never been cleaned. Our entire party of 5 got food poisoning and when we addressed it with the hotel staff they said thank you for letting us know. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!
