Very helpful reception staff and warm welcome on arrival. Had a massage booked at the spa in the hotel and this was top class as well as reasonably priced. Pleasant restaurant area with additional tables outside for summer, food excellent

Be aware located out of the central tourist area and need to use taxi if you wish to go anywhere.

Great experience overall! The bed was fantastic, the room was very big and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel does not have separate recipients for shampoo and conditioner, only all in one shower gel dispenser

The place is very nice. The rooms are nice, the staff is kind and ready to help, and the food from the restaurant is very very very good. Moreover, they surprise us with a wine bottle gift. Totally unexpected and nice.

Two things: 1. It is far (really... far), if you book it you should know that the way to get here is by taxi, so please have in mind this when you stay in the hotel. It is a nice residential area, very comfortable, silent, but if you want to be near the city center, prepare money for the taxi (which, btw, they can help you ordering... they are really very helpful with this). 2. They have two rooms in the basement... avoid booking them. I didnt have them, but I saw them on my way to the toilet of the restaurant. They are probably cheaper... but they dont look that nice... so dont give yourself a bad time. Book those in the upper floors which have a good price and are really comfortable :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ziemlich zentral. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet.

Готель прекрасний Кімната хоч і економ але чиста ,світла ,тепла. Ліжко дуже зручне .Чай кава та подарунок (пляшка вина) була дуже корисна. Персонал привітний і вони мені допомогли з паркінгом для авто на 7 днів . Рекомендую готель

Другий раз зупиняюсь в цьому готелі так як все влаштовує. Всим задоволена.

bello e nuovo l'hotel, ben arredata la stanza, comoda, silenziosa e confortevole.

avrei preferito la colazione compresa ho chiesto per piscina e spa e mi hanno detto che era sempre occupata, quindi non sono riuscita neanche a vederla, non sapevo di dover prenotarla prima , altrimenti lo avrei fatto

Все супер, хороший персонал, отзывчивые , номер большой и просторный, есть все необходимое.

Единственный минус- это отсутствие какой либо шумоизоляции. Слышали всех соседей, так вроде они в метре от нас, а они еще и тусовались до двух ночи, так же слышали как за окном раз в 10-15 минут что-то бахкает, вроде фанерный лист об окно. Это единственный минус данного отеля, но для того чтобы в него не вернуться- для меня ключевой.

The hotel deserves 5* for its facilities and exceptional service. Stylish, comfortable and well equipped rooms. We had a well sleeping there. Food from the restaurant was outstanding, great customer service. Breakfast was tasty as well. Breakfast time is 8am-12pm that is very convenient. Fast internet/wifi. Thanks for provided late checkout with discount.

Water came into the room; workers started to make noise at 6 am ...
