Good apartment location, really quiet and was bigger than expected. The room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. All staff were nice and very helpful.

Staff were nice initially but when we didn’t have the all inclusive they were not as helpful Once I asked for a pint of water and ice for bed and they would not give me it and would only give me a very small glass. The bar was also very slow at the pool.

Rooms are good size.

Food was horrible, pool was freezing and had broken tiles.

Been here before and twice asked for a pool view and didn't get it.

The rooms could be cleaner. Doors. Tables mirrors all smudged.

The gym and indoor pool were nice Location was ok

•Tiles falling off in outdoor pool •Brown smelly water in the hot tub •No tea or coffee in the room only cups and kettle •No burn kit at reception when I asked after sustaining injury •Facilities in leisure centre not open •Shared balcony and adjoining door without ever being told, this made my partner very uncomfortable leading to sleepless nights as she has had bad experiences in the past with strangers •Marketed the idea of having 18 restaurants and 4 coffee shops at the hotel when really it was across all the MGM hotels •Cleaners didn’t Hoover, sweep, wipe surfaces or change sheets over the entire week •Breakfast was overpriced and inedible •Elevator was always breaking, we were lucky to get out on one occasion •No notice of deposit requirement

I did stay here second time now and i would come back again . ❤️

Spacious apartment with washing machine. Sister hotels were great, hotel provided transport to and from them for meals.

There was nothing we didn't like
