Breakfast not so various, bottleneck to the coffee machine, waithers distracted ... at the arrival a long queue to the reception with only a people to answer, wake up a quarter of hour after the request ...

The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was extremely cold and the smart room system doesn't really work properly! The bathroom floor is slippery.

The location is perfect ! Near to the center and at the most good restaurants and bars!

The staff was not speak English good and the communication was difficult! The room was not clean at the arrival day and the reception girl didn't change me room to stay. The lights of the hotel in the lobby at night time was CLOSE and that was dangerous and unsafe! Nobody was checking the persons which they was entering the hotel!

I had a good stay here, the room was clean and the staff was nice. I had a simple breakfast from the menu and it was excellent. Nothing to dislike really.

Better quality bacon and sausages, fresher pastries, cleaner tablecloths on the tables.

Room door didn’t lock when we went out. Eventually staff showed us a way to lock it. Couldn’t be bothered telling the staff about the following after wasting 30 minuets on the door - Room phone was dead. Main light in room didn’t work. (Bedside lights ok). Breakfast was poor- Problems with toaster, problems with coffee machine. Running out of either eggs, bacon or sausages at different times.

Great location near central park in the very center of Chisinau. Convenient conference facilities, decent breakfast and Wi-Fi - all good for an event participant.

While the room itself was quite spacious, its bathroom appeared to be very narrow and inconvenient.

Location was great - about 10 min walk to city square and right across the street from a city park. Room was nice, shower was outstanding. Balcony was private and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge. WiFi was 15 DL with a vpn running.

I understand saving money and helping the environment but this place went to the extreme at saving electricity - no lights in foyer, no lights in the covered area approaching hotel door. The place looked closed. Hotel key-card had to be reprogrammed each and every day. Hotel clerks were not very friendly at check-in or check-out; maybe a language barrier. The bathroom door was on a spring so it would stay closed - this would be fine except it takes three grown men to pull it open. For a hotel this nice, the free breakfast was really lame (probably ‘acceptable’ in European standards). I contacted the hotel twice via the booking.com app asking for 2 more pillows and a kettle. Both times they acknowledged my message but never got back to me.

My eight year old daughter slept on a kids bed and woke up in the morning completely covered in painful bed bug bites all over her body, including her face. This is completely unacceptable. I had to buy antihistamines and steroid cream just to alleviate the symptoms. Now at home, I am still pulling the bugs out of her skin. I have never seen anything like this, and I stayed in places all over the world with varying degrees of sanitation quality. Not something I would have expected from supposedly one of the best hotels in the centre of a capital city.

Pool is closed, bar at 11pm was not serving, no minibar in the room, dark entrance hall, poor internet signal, as soon as I arrived they made pay the bill, restaurant does not charge on the room ..... I could go on this was a good hotel and got so bad
