Absolutely everything else. The accommodation is greater value for money. Staff is warm, friendly and professional. The accommodation itself is cozy and comfortable while spacious. The overall environment 10/10. Will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing accommodation. They had just renovated and added brand new interior, and painted the inside white, which gave it a very modern and luxurious feel to the place. Also, all the beds had electric blankets which was great for the cold nights. Very friendly staff, and superb location. Definitely recommend

Warm welcome at reception who explained everything

We arrived at 14:45 and they were still busy cleaning had to wait for 20 minutes but could still not enter as the floor were wet …. Basically only got into premises at 15:50 this after a long drive and normally check in at hotels Are at 14:00

We felt the beds were a little too soft.

The staff were very friendly, the resort was neatly maintained and the unit was well equipped.

We were allocated unit 36, which is a ground floor unit. The putt-putt course wraps around this unit resulting in no privacy during the day. The neighbours with three children in the unit above was a bit of a nuisance as you can hear every step and movement of furniture through the ceiling. Being rated a 4-star resort you would expect the resort to have backup power solutions for loadshedding which is unfortunately not the case.

The place was so peaceful and just a walk to the river . The friendly reception we got. The privacy, even though there are people arround. Welcoming environment. Warm comfortable beds. Cleanliness. The kids loved it. The games room was a big heat. We loved everything about the place.

- Everyone walking across the lagoon can enter the property, because the security is not always there

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Didn't request a daily service, but we had clean fluffy towels each day, our beds were remade, dishes packed away etc. Chalets were absolutely spotless, fully equipped kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. Lots of activities on-site and the view of the lagoon and surrounding cabins were beautiful

Very comfortable bed, quick walk to the water, great central location.

I think given that it is self catering accommodation the rubbish bin could be a bit bigger.
