Guilia Ferrari, the guest experience supervisor was so helpful & kind.
Made the stay really comfortable right from check in till we checked out.
Concierge & all the services at the hotel were outstanding.
Would highly recommend staying with Four seasons in Cairo.

Beautiful place and spectacular view of the Nile

the rope in front of my balcony blocks the view.there is no still water in the mini bar. The cleaning staff pull chairs upstairs when I asleep is quit annoying. Some cleaning guy came in without knocking while I am naked inside.

Superb location and from the moment we arrived there was genuine pleasure from all their staff to ensure everything was done to make our stay both wonderful and memorable. it never failed to deliver this across the 2 days we spent there.
The swimming pool could benefit from a bit more stylish makeover.

not at four seasons level. even though we checked in very late, our rooms were not available. we also asked for rooms on same floor which was not accommodated.

We took a guided tour from the concierge with a guide called Inman which was the highlight of the stay, mandatory if you’re visiting Cairo for the first time
Chinese restaurant is hyped and overrated, it has a beautiful decoration but service and food are not really up to the rest of the hotel standards. Do yourself a favor and pick the Mediterranean restaurant

The view was amazing, the room was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved the location overlooking the Nile and perfect for exploring Cairo!
