Fares was great he helped us with everything.

Good clean hotel opposite the Egyptian museum. Staff was super helpful and accomodating. The hotel is located in a side street which does make it less obvious when looking for it.

my booking is not secured and i have to find other hotel in the middle of night. front desk is looking dirty and so many dust

It did not look like the pictures. Everything looks run-down and old. The bathrooms were really not up to standard and is extremely small.

they were very welcoming. treated us extremely well. I didnt had cash to go to the market and Fares came down with me to the Tahrir Square and gave cash from his own pocket.

close to the center and the museum, cots if travel agencies around on the Main Street and shops. the room had small balcony and view of the museum across the street. the staff were very friendly and accommodating , someone is there all the time. two twin comfortable and clean beds. elevator. room had mini fridge.

make sure you bring earplugs to sleep, very loud from the street. bathroom without good ventilation and very small. sink plugged up. old scratched furniture falling apart in some places. room had ants.

Room was big with balcony and we have the view of the Museum.

Location is difficult to find (You cannot see the name of the hotel from the street). We got same breakfast for 3 days. No towels in the room. No kettle (u have to go to their kitchen just to get a hot water).

As every time I come to this hotel, I feel at home. Very friendly and kind staff. Cleaning. Very good breakfast. Hot water permanently. Ultra central position. Everything OK !
