well mostly reception staff is unprofessional and they have to be trained to run a hotel. the equipment were faulty and non working like room tv.

staff cant communicate in english, they don’t brief you regarding switching on water heater in your room , hotel isn’t clean, bathroom with mold , beddings n curtains are old , the appearance its more of a house than a hotel i ask for adaptor since they have 2pin sockets and the guy directed me to the shop to buy, they don’t have even adaptor. price you see in booking.com is only half of the real price coz they charge a-lot on service charge.

Centrally located in Downtown area of the city. Easy 10 minute walk to Egyptian Museum. Spotlessly clean large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Tasty breakfast included in room rate. Rooftop restaurant with good views of city. Manager very friendly and helpful at arranging tours.

Soundproofing was poor allowing a lot of traffic noise from the busy Main Street. WiFi was usable but not very fast and could be unreliable. Room was only cleaned if you asked.

They have charged me double on my credit card that they asked me for when I arrived at the hotel and they told me that it does not work, if it was debited. I have also paid in cash at the same hotel, I have made the claim to the hotel and I have not had any response from them despite the fact that I sent my financial statement where it indicates that if they charged, it is a terrible robbery, I would never recommend that hotel, I has hurt by $175.00

Amin hotel is located in a very central location, near Tahir Square, the museum and Qasr El Nil Bridge. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very kind, willing to serve you at any time. The room was clean and spacious.

The Location was walking distance away from most of landmarks like Museums, Boat rides on Nile, Cairo Tower and near other good shopping areas in Cairo. Overall very convenient
