Pool is great. Sauna is tiny and has extra charge steem room super tiny n extra charges . Room is nice n clean , bathroom needs extra cleaning

The manager at reception who attended me was rude sounded more like a recovery agent ,.. not very comfortable lobby entry it feels awkward. Rest of the service staff very good. Even on exit the reception manager was not great making faces and raising eyebrows for no reason. No welcome drink provided. I paid a lot and felt low about myself .

One of the best 5 Start hotels in Kochi indeed! The whole place was very picturesque. Special thanks to Meghna from the front office who went that extra mile to make out stay absolutely fantastic!

Could have had balcony in our luxury room for the price paid. Pillows were too stuffed, was hurting the neck - could have given softer pillows.

Mattress - Worn out, got a back pain. Linen - Badly worn out. Blinds - Not Working, Stained. Breakfast - Spread was low, Didn’t enjoy it. Only one restaurant working. swim towels - literally torn.

It's a very nice resort with all facilities where one can enjoy and relax. It's very good place for rejenuvation away from the hustle bustle of daily routine and pollution.

The pillows are not good. They should provide soft pillows as well.

I got to know through the booking.com email on the day of check-in that pool is under maintenance. This was poor communication it should have been informed before the booking. Our main reason for choosing this property was the large pool. So I was very sad to know the pool was not available.

It was amazing.

The AC was not cooling in the allotted room adjust together. The had changed the room on request. AC in corridor was not working. Otherwise it was good.

Staffs were pleasant & courteous. Breakfast had a good spread. Bed linen & towels were clean. They do have an excellent pool but currently under renovation

Age seems to be showing. From the decor and tiles can very well predict that this property must be at least 15 years old. Absolutely no view from the large window panes, other than some service area. Bed side switches seem to be too high up. (You need to get off the bed to operate them. Google could take you through small windy roads to reach there

The property is really nice, I like the ambience the place with the backwaters view, it was definitely one of the USP while I was selecting the hotels.

The room size mentioned on booking.com vs the actual is not accurate.
