Pickup from airport, prompt. Kept our suitcase for several days, as we went to Bangalore. Restaurant served excellent Kerala food. Only one night stay, but the hotel really left a positive impression on us. Everyone super helpful, and worked with a smile on their face. It seems very much genuine.

Hotel is very close to the airport. The staff are good and polite.

The hotel was still under renovation, so half the building was unfinished. I would have booked another hotel if this was known beforehand. Overpriced for the facilities. Will look nice once done but at the current price it is not worth the stay.

So pleasantly surprised about this hotel. Modern and clean rooms with a roof top pool. Super close to Kochi airport and they provide a free shuttle! The staff were also super kind and friendly, they could not do more to help us.

The staff wasn’t good which means they doesn’t know how to treat the guests.The room wasn’t cleaned properly and a big spider sighted in the room was very scary to sleep in the whole night and the aircon was not in a good condition.

Very nice, clean modern room - we went for Executive option which meant we had a large balcony and were able to relax there the afternoon before flying home. Ideal location, close to the airport. Lovely roof-top pool, very clean, with a few sunbeds for sunbathing and towels provided. Ideal if you want a day of relaxation/sun before travelling home, we had the entire area to ourselves. Nice, well priced restaurant menu, all available via room service until 10.30 pm, plus a restricted menu option available 24 hours.

This is a 'dry' hotel which came as a surprise to us as the listing on booking.com says rooms have a mini-bar; to clarify, there is no alcohol available in the hotel, in the restaurant, room service or in the room. The rooms have a small fridge so you can buy your own drinks from a nearby liquor store (closes at 9 pm!); however it barely chills drinks to below room temperature and guests are simply supplied with two bottles of complimentary water on a daily basis. We asked and were provided with ice buckets from room service. We had a problem with the lighting in our room on arrival; they would not turn off. The staff quickly sent a technician to investigate the issue but he was unable to resolve the problem so unfortunately we had to move room which was a pain having been travelling all day (and having opened our cases and partially unpacked); however the staff reacted very promptly and helped us move.

Close proximity to the airport was the main reason to choose this hotel. The executive room was decently large and comfortable. Food ordered to the room was also good. This is a good option for people traveling in and out of Kochi.

The location is good, but accessibility needs to be improved. Good food and excellent staff.

We stayed there for one night as we were looking for an accommodation close to the airport. The hotel was 2 min by the transfer that they provided. The rooms were quite clean and spacious. The staff are nice friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was also good.
