The location and ambiance was nice. The property was clean and well maintained.

The flush in the toilet was not working properly and there was leakage. Free Breakfast had only 2 options. No functioning restaurant in the property. No AC in the room i booked and it was really really hot.

Very peaceful. Right on the edge of the backwaters. Beautiful sunrise. Early morning sounds felt wonderful.

All meals had to be sourced from a restaurant outside as the place doesn't have a kitchen. This should have been mentioned in the description of the property. Its easy to assume that such places will have a kitchen and in-house meals.

run down unkept No Restuarant in need of upgrade to cottages and fittings…. water full of rubbish … very, very disappointing…

The set up and resort premise looks clean and comfortable.

There is no storage of groceries , even a cool drinks or juice is not available.

the little cottages are really cute, cosy and wonderful. it looks out on to the lake and feels like your own little private part of paradise. the staff are incredibly friendly and wanted to help in any way they could. the breakfast was good and other meals from local restaurant easily provided. it was clean!

it’s not actually near the beach! Cherai beach isn’t really a beach, there are two small gaps in the rocks with sand but not Mike long stretches. I suppose that says something about the location which is indeed out of the way and backwaters.

The location was beautiful and scenic.

We checked in late as we were going in circle to find the property. Atleast they should have a sign board at the enterance of the cross road so people dont have to drive a long way. After getting into the room we found roaches so we had to have the lights on throughtout the night as there was no bed lamp. The room was dusty and I had an allergy attack bcoz of the dust behind the bed. Our entire stay was a rip off.

It was a beautiful stay for us. We booked the superior double/ twin room and I must say, I was living a dream. I really loved the room, the bathroom and the balcony, they all overlook a peaceful backwaters. You can watch the fishermen row their boats, go about their daily livelihood fishing for fishies :) The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. Akshay and Vishak made sure to care for us, taking all our requests and processing it as smooth as butter. They both are awesome, warm, friendly vibes. It is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking a quiet, scenic and rejuvenating experience.
