The front desk staff was super amazing.

We paid $400 dollars for a romantic dinner on the beach which was beautiful, however the food was the horrible. the kitchen got our order wrong, and when we did get out food we had to take it to go because they had another couple booked. So we only got to enjoy the view nothing more.

They properly was clean and the staff was amazing.

The night life and entertainment wasn’t that great. The food was terrible.

Our stay at Secrets ways great! The only con we had of the whole trip was check in took almost 2 hours. I blame this more to irate and rude guests being impatient and cutting line more than the staff. I approached a nice man named J'amaal who informed a kind young lady named Tiffany and she sorted us out quickly thereafter. The rest of the trip was amazing! The restaurant and bar staff were all great! Philip, Andre, O'Brian, Alvin, and Everett took the time to establish great relationships with us and always made us feel welcome. The musicians and entertainment were also amazing and TJ and Sky were very helpful for letting us know of upcoming events and getting us involved throughout our visit.

Just check in. It could have been more organized, but one small factor didn't ruin the trip.

I really enjoyed the beaches and the cleanliness of the entire resort. I felt they maintained it very well and for the most part, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed in the food options, as well as the quality of the food. I also purchased a very expensive private dinner and did not receive any seafood in my surf n turf.

The atmosphere is very inviting! We enjoyed the entertainment crew and they make us want to revisit. I don't know why Don Julio tequila isn't offered at the resort, but we would have loved that! The guys at the Piano Bar were great! Maybe expand the Hibachi restaurant, as it seems to be most popular.

In the room that we stayed, housekeeping congregated in the hallway and held loud conversations, early in the mornings. One day, I opened the door to let them know that we were attempting to "sleep-in." One lady apologized, greatly, but the conversations and laughter continued for at least 10 minutes before it stopped. The next morning, it was the same situation. Room service needs some revamping. Taking 2 hours to receive food is unacceptable. One day, we never received anything at all. The front desk staff is very unaccommodating. It's as if they don't care to make the stay enjoyable.

All the stuff was amazing. Britney on front desk, Jamil supervisor in one of the restaurants and Robert help us to take our stuff to the room. Almost every one of the servers in all restaurants was so great

It wasn't the room that we paid for they put us in a wrong room but they make it up for us
