The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place is very nice and clean. Close to the city centre, restaurants and places we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay, good value for money. Highly recommended

Convenient location

Mould in bathroom, carpet in hallway needed cleaning. Somehow keycard wouldn’t unlock door. Was overcharged , money was reimbursed

No microwave in the kitchen which is very inconvenient. The reception mixed my room with my friend’s room which is not acceptable! They don’t know where our fridge food is which is making us inconvenient as well

It was so noisy being across from the pub, I could hear everything and with an early departure the next morning I didn't get alot of sleep

I thought the price was good to start with but was upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. Angela on reception was very friendly and professional. Burbury is in a great location and Leyla Bar on the top floor is arguably one of the nicest venues in Canberra.

Perhaps a better mini-bar sweet selection.

The apartment was spacious, warm and exceedingly well laid out. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we all enjoyed the time we spent just hanging in the apartment. The beds were exceedingly comfortable, and the black out blinds behind the plantation shutters was ingenious. I had to do an online lesson during my stay, so the desk nook was a real bonus.

No rack in the oven, so it couldn't be used.

This is a lovely hotel...very clean and comfortable. I had a suite and it was huge. Nice things like T5 teabags and Nespresso coffee machine and a great shower with lots of hot water. Will definitely be back.

The location is great and I liked the comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly.

unfortunately the first room had the PowerPoint hanging out of the wall in one of the bedrooms and the sofas were very dirty with hair on them. I was grateful to be moved to another room although the room we were moved to had no hot water so was unable to have a shower before going out. The same thing happened the following morning. The maintenance man said it was a problem on that side of the building.

Large spacious tidy rooms in a great location

The room needs to be fumigated. There was a cockroach in the main bedroom and so we moved to second bedroom to sleep and there was another crawling up the walls there as well, so we just relocated to the living room for the remainder of the evening. The balcony door wasn't functioning properly, the strike plate of the door jam has been damaged making it difficult to open but almost impossible to close.
