The Resort has the ethnic touch with with sprawling lawns and lots of open area. The rooms are comfortable and food is good.

Although the property is not very old, the upkeep of the general area needs to be improved. By and large the cleanliness is satisfactory but there are corners which are dirty and unkempt.

Exceptional property, activities on weekend especially Drone Flying and Star Grazing were brilliant and unexpectedly fascinating

Bed sheets and towels could have been little more clean. I was slightly disappointed with high tea area, there was a pungent smell there and that should eb worked on.

Heritage Manesar is an excellent getaway, especially for NCR residents who want a break from daily hum-drum. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, has sprawling gardens, kitchen gardens, and many activities for a wholesome experience. The only drawback is the size of the rooms/ suites. For the rates they are charging, the rooms are quite small, and one expects larger inner spaces if checking into a resort. The staff is well, trained, courteous to a fault and extremely supportive. The best part is that they are pet friendly, and our two boys (Beagle males) had the time of their life. Heritage provides pet walkers, food, beds and everything that you can think of for pet comfort.

For the rates they are charging, the rooms are quite small, and one expects larger inner spaces if checking into a resort. If you have a child or third member, the suite starts looking small very soon.

the property is amazing. unfortunately the management isn’t good. we booked a superior room, on check in the front desk person was kind enough to give us a premium room we entered and it was smelling. I requested for another one and it was arranged in sometime. since it wasn’t great I paid more to get upgraded to a suite for 2 days. as customers u can pay for the room but services have to be provided by the property. this was my parents anniversary and for a premium property like this we expected to be really taken care of like all others we have visited . u just need to say and things are done. here there is no coordination between staff. I was told a cake will be arranged the next day but before we got the cake we got theee calls to confirm by different staff as to whether it was complimentary or I had to pay. any request made is followed by a new person the next few hours who has no clue about the request my parents visited ITC grand Bharat last year and Taj Sohna before that and they were just taken care of luxuriously providing a confortable and pampered stay is what u want when u pay luxuriously I would definitely mention the junior staff and housekeeping who were very friendly and did all very nicely but if they are told not to keep tissues in the room till customers ask for it what can they do! which premium property doesn’t keep tissue box in the rooms!!

many things mange it well if u want people to pay for the stay I live in gurgaon and came for a relaxed 2 days not to be answering the same questions by different staff very few minutes Not a good experience I wouldn’t blame the employees they did what they have been told or taught to do!!

The hospitality and warm welcome we got. The service and food was very good. Value for money stay!

The floor or the tiles of the shower area in bathroom were very slippery.

on the onset the staff of the hotel and the courtesy extended is by far exceptional… everyone from the dining to the room service is courteous and polite brilliant hosts they are the property is exceptionally clean, this was my second stay here and definitely not the last one I shall visit again…

Two things that can be improved 1. Wi-Fi the speed of Wi-Fi and recurrent connections are limited so that should be improved. 2. buffet options - mainly the options were limited in terms of cuisine we saw either Indian or Chinese cuisines during our stay even in breakfast “bacon” could have been provided but there was none. apart from this no other suggestions
