we spent a week here on family vacation with my husband and 2 kids, 8 years and 3 years. we all had a great time, we booked the family suite which consists of two rooms and two bathrooms and it was great and spacious, the kids had two large and comfortable sofa beds. the food was exceptional, all staff are so kind and friendly. we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service. Staff is very attentive. Always trying to do the best. Kids were happy we were happy. Cant complaint. Best experience . Relaxed friendly .

Highly recommended for families, different types of pools, entertainment teams specially kids club team, very enjoyable Aqua park.

Maybe the rooms kind of small size but not a big issue as you will spend most of the time with enjoying the resort facilities

Most of staff (but unfortunately not all) are friendly and hospitable. I especially want to mention stewards in main restaurant, Seyfullah, Umut and others, thanks to all of them for theirs service during COVID pandemic. There is some animation for children. Hotel territory is big enough and contains playground. My room was located directly near pool which is very comfortable. The nature near the hotel (mounts and forest) is very beautiful. The menu in main restaurant is extensive, the food is tasteful. Internet is available on entire territory of the hotel, it is fast and stable. Additionally to sea, there are a lot of pools, including ones with waterslides for children and for adults.

I was really disappointed when I received dirty glasses with cola 2 days in a raw; after claim to management next days glasses became clean. The sea bottom on the beach is rocky; rocks are sharp and located not only near the beach, but also deeper in sea where you don't expect to had rocks and even touch the bottom with your feet; I had multiple scratches and bruises from these underwater rocks during swimming in sea. It is not critical, but also not about what you dream. Animation for children is obviously weak for the hotel stars count and price. In playground room I found chess, but many pieces were missing; the same issue I had with puzzles. Advertised activities for children (origami, etc) are available for a very limited time in first half of day only; most of day child room is simple place with playground and some incomplete games sets like chess and puzzles. There are waterslides in hotel, however, the water in pool with waterslides is extremely cold; it limits usage of waterslides, especially by children. Pools without waterslides (main pool, pools near rooms) are much warmer. The room obviously needs reparing, especially sanitary engineering.

we had to wait for 10 minutes outside the hotel when we arrived to register our names and check our ID in the hot weather, reception staff are incompetent and aggressive, with no customer service skills, we had to wait for 45 minutes to check in due to delay from the hotel side, when i booked the room it was for 4 adults' and 2 kids, and we were 4 adults and 3 kids so the hotel decided to charge us 1400 Euro extra which they forced me to pay and they said they will upgrade our room, but we ended up with 1 room that had king bed and a second room with 3 sofa beds that was terrible to sleep on, the room was below expectations. the hotel did not have that much of entertainment programs for kids, it is all inclusive resort concept but once you reach you will find out only 1 restaurant is included, the rest you need to pay to dine in which does not make sense. housekeeping is very bad no actual cleaning for the room, and they do not put enough towels for all the guests.

Very Friendly, medium sized hotel with fantastic garden. Food is great (Baklava is the best). Staff is friendly and ready for service. Fitness facilities is one of the best I have seen. Really enjoyed the pools (lots of) and the pavilions on the pier. Cleanliness is good both inside and outside. Kids Zone is very good, aqua park is fantastic. You have a great feeling of security, and the hotel is strictly taking care of the COVID measures...although guests do not seemed to be bothered about it too much. Good additional services in the hotel (small shop, hairdresser, etc), and there is shopping area next to the hotel, in 2 minutes walk, you can buy everything there that you missed to pack. We booked Booking.com taxi from the airport to the hotel and back, which worked great. The taxi and the service was on time&very good quality.

The room was below expectations -although we booked a "Superior Deluxe room". It was worn and the maintenance of AC, faucets and even the floor seemed to be below standard. Maybe other rooms were better, and we were unlucky. Its not a negative statement, but an observation that the staff and the whole region is rather Russian-speaker. We had a little problem with understanding of English or Deutsch.

The aquapark, quality of food and drinks, good service

The location of the hotel was really amazing, facilities were spacious and covid measures were adequate to make us feel safe.

Our first room was smelling like cigarette smoke. We complained to change our room, however the first response was not positive. Only after we said we will contact booking.com to cancel our reservation, they agreed to change our room. Our new room did not have do not disturb sign, so cleaning team was entering the room when we were in. We also could not get a sign, apparently because we asked the wrong person. Considering this was our honeymoon, I can not rate this stay more than average. I am giving a higher rating due to the efforts of guest relations, especially Ms Tugba for her efforts to compensate.

We like a lot our stay here. The hotel is very nice, good location, lovely beach, beautiful scenery, comfortable bed, delicious food, although there was not so big choice, safety Covid-19 measures, good Wi-Fi.

There were a few details, which could be improved like the evening entertainment and the towel change, which was only in the SPA and with a card, but I guess this is due to the virus.

Hotel is small but very comfy and has all facilities. We were staying in the beginning of October and there were very few people. Sometimes we felt that there more staff then guests). Nice weather, crystal clear sea and good food-all you need for a great vacation!Aygul at the reception is great, always helpful and really try to help if needed.

We had to change 3 different rooms in the first 2 days...it was hard & annoying bearing in mind that I was alone with 2 small kids. Emre at the reception desk - absolutely useless guy who has 0 understanding what client focus is...such people shouldn’t work with any customers... And it would be great to not only provide fade mask in front of the restaurant but also measure temperature!!! Safety should go first!
