Great communication from property, very secure and great pool. Apartment was spotless and well equipped and very comfortable inside.
Ground floor apartment on road side was unsurprisingly a bit noisy. If booking would recommend upper floor or rear of building for quieter location.

Wifi was a bit slow, but i guess this is a problem for most residences, with many guests using internet and video streaming this is to be expected. But it was sufficient for messaging, email etc.

The staff especially Mr. Wahid was exceptional and highly professional. He was very keen to help whenever needed. Some issues with the property were overshadowed because of his service. Thank you.

The swimming pool was fantastic. The location is great:it's only 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, the Sok supermarket & an off-licence.
The room apartment also had everything we could need.
When people come in late at night the noise seems to carry through the building. It was not really a big issue as people don't linger but something to be aware of. I would recommend a stay here and would return.

The workers and owners were lovely and hospitable. The apartment was clean and modern. It had all the amenities you need. The apartment is located on a quiet street which is great. They have a pool which is a good size bit it's less than 5 minutes from the beach. We needed water to drink on the first night and it was quite late but the staff went to buy us some. It's a family run business but they really give the best customer care. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

Apartment was so clean,and the reception guys were amazing,they waited for us late in the night and helped aith everything,they printed me my tickets and also whenever we needed a big taxi, he used to call and we had a wonderful stay.. So happy with the guys . there is a pool and they change everyday the water,we were happy and recommend it.
Could be more sockets,there are 2,3 sockets in the kitchen which guest doesn't use,it could be better if we had like that sockets in bedroom or living room. The bead sheets are polyester mixed like material so if you go and burn in the sun sleeping will be difficult. WiFi is bit slow but we were always outside so it was ok

Very clean and their service is very good. We always needed extra towels, pillow case and duvet and they provided it. They also gave us an extra folderable beds, service i will rate 10/10. My son had chicken pox and the hotel owner's friend was a doctor and we were seen straight away when the was a long queue. We were allow to have their lemons and oranges from the hotel tree as many time we wanted. Beach was only 5 min walk. Other food shopping was 10-15min walk.

it has all the equipments you need for your daily needs, the location and the free parking space were great.
we booked an apartment for 4 adults, it clearly stated that there’s one double bed and one sleeping sofa for 2 people. the sleeping sofa was not wide enough for 2 people. it was very small. they brought and extra foldable single bed to use, but there was so little space in the living room to use it. our apartment was not for 4 people, it was for 3 people!
we had our apartment on the ground floor, and it was very noisy and we could smell cigarette from outside in our space.

An awesome place - it’s a very large duplex very close to the beach. we lived there for over 2 weeks and had great pleasure. Highly recommend this place

The support staff was really helpful... clean pool. overall property was clean and in peaceful area... near to Konyalti beach 15 minute walk to restaurants... 5 minute walk to migro mart...
pool timings were till 8pm and considering it a private property timings can be extended but owner refused... after spending the whole day outside for activity coming before 8 pm for pool wasnt possible and this is very annoying for kids we had cancel a day activity so that our kids can enjoy the pool. apartment is small.... shower area was really small

It was cheap but you get what you pay for. Was walking distance to the beach and some restaurants.
Shower door didn’t close properly, there’s a two inch gap between the two glass doors. Power & air con is connected to the key fob so when you leave the power switches off meaning the apartment gets hot quick.

The stuff was very nice. Very attentive and super helpful.
One improvement could be to provide beds with proper sheets. They use big towels instead.
Also, add more socket to charge phones etc and smaller lights in the room.
