location was fantastic

Bathroom was dirty and mouldy, mould everywhere. this was absolutely disgusting. towels were dirty. there was hair in the sink upon arrival and hair all over the lounge. the door separating the bedroom and lounge/kitchen and was broken which meant that we had no privacy. Our bed was visible from the pool area and the door could not be closed. This meant we had to have our curtains down at all times during the day and night. room definitely didn’t match the pictures. pillows were very uncomfortable. staff were lovely and very helpful and apologetic. oils not fault the staff. Definitely do not think that the room was worth the price paid. We could have stayed in a much better resort at night for the same cost. room decor needs to be updated. pool heater was broken so we were unable to swim. jacuzzi pump was not working properly. the location was amazing. if not for the location this accommodation would have ruined our stay. probably would not stay here again.

the spacious Room with balcony and spa, made a Suite - overlooking a beautiful pool with Jacuzzi and BBQ area. everything was well kept and clean. location was in the middle of town, brilliant! under cover parking too.

the room was not refreshed, having the bed tidied again and fresh towels, would be lovely

the fan in room was not working. the sink was clogged, we complained at reception but nothing happened. it was really unhygenic to have a clogged washbasin in room

Loved the pool and little outdoor area.

Every hotel has them but the bed was hard and the air conditioner was very loud but we love been in port Douglas so we didn’t really mind 😊

delay in checking in our room wasn’t ready the room is way to small to small to stay for a week photo are deceiving bathroom wasn’t that clean tiles on bath not clean shower also a bit yuk I’m assuming it was a rush job considering we were waiting for the room

Pokey balcony, and stuffy,no ceiling fan on balcony very confided, no cups in room, air-conditioning dripped water on carpet inside, basic maintenance such as plug in sink was broken and bowl in bathroom cracked

-we had a great room, swim our pool deck was excellent -room was clean & tidy -check in process was easy

-didn’t get enough supplies like dishwashing liquid and toilet paper (although the staff were awesome and brang us some but needed to go to reception for dishwashing liquid and stil didn’t have enough) -for some reason the aircon smelt terrible! like mould

The staff were great, the room clean and the location perfect.

The room was old and out dated - doors falling off, could not hang dresses in cupboard due to things kept in there, the bath was really difficult to get in and out of. We left a day early as we were just not comfortable in the room.

The pillows

We liked everything, rooms lovely and clean, well equipped, staff very helpful, gardens immaculate, pool awesome and Bali Hut we loved.

Friends in our group stayed on the 2nd floor with no lift and x2 small children. They found it very difficult but we’re a last minute booking

Comfortable room. Bathroom had all the towels, shampoos and conditioners etc needed. Great balcony with spa bath on it. Quiet, relaxing space.

Room was comfortable but a little dated. Bathroom needs a renovation.

Our room wasn’t clean. There was hair hanging in the shower the fridge wasn’t clean, cushions and couch look absolutely filthy. The bed and pillows were awfully uncomfortable. There was no prior warning about the accessibility to this property. As two small females one with neck/back and wrist injuries) having to lug our bags up multiple flights of stairs without any prior warning wasn’t pleasant. The smell in the room and on the floors in general wasn’t nice. Smelt like mould.

Good location

Room had mould on the roof. Lots of marks or stains on the walls/in the shower. Sliding door to bathroom was damaged. Door to room had to be slammed to shut it. Bed rolled around all night. Room was on the top floor with no elevator access. Requesting late checkout is an extra $20 per hour. Room also had bad lighting due to balcony door only being accessed through the bathroom.

Great Location and adequate size apartment.

The was a small of urine on the balcony and although we mentioned it and the balcony was cleaned, the smell did not go away. The ironing board was broken and the sliding door to the bedroom was also broken. For the price of a night the quality was poor.
