It’s a unique hotel for Taiwan

It was very very dirty Hotel put me and my young daughter on the top floor (hotel has no lifts), the stairs especially it’s a curved shape was narrow at some steps resulting in my daughter falling down

It’s a nice looking hotel

The room I was allocated the second time round, was unfortunately not as clean as the first time. The toilet was dirty and the pipes were choking (hence drainage was slow) This time they didn’t take note that I was with a kid so did not arrange for child amenities (but I called for a set)

great service at the Conceige and front door.

noise from shower to the bed.

staffs are very polite. especially Emily at the Conceige and the staffs at the hotel entrance. the late afternoon shift guys are great.

the mattress is a little too soft. the open concept shower noise is very disturbing for my partner.

This is a great hotel, not a stuffy feel with fantastic amenities and good location. The staff were amazing, we kept running into the wonderful hotel manager who was great to talk to. The room was so well appointed, separate toilet always welcome.
