Everything is awesome @ location + staffs + room + foods - Easy access to anywhere with public transport. - Attached with 2 major shopping mall. - Super comfy bed & pillows. Thanks to received my parcels on behalf too.

Excellent bellboy who helped us checked out of hotel and get into our taxi. Loved the buffet breakfast as well.

Lighting was a bit dim and not really adjustable. Same with bathroom fan. All these were hard to find.

The hotel location is good

The front desk did not give me the clear message for the payment including breakfast or not. When I go to have my breakfast, the feel is so sad, kind of refused. After I suggest the solution, the receptionist barely agreed I can take the breakfast. And after I back to my room, it is still before the check out deadline, I can not access elevator at all, and other visitors

Great location. Direct to Nangan Station. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent view. Breakfast is quite nice.

We had drain issue. Water overflowed in the shower room. We had to move to another room midnight but the room which we moved was also not nice. smell ing odd and I had itchy leg after I sat down on the sofa.. Next day we moved again to a different room ! We were too tired to pack up everything and moved twice.. There were complimentary fruits one night but we would prefer 'hand writing letter' than fruits. When we checked out, no body said anything about the drain issue. Handwriting letter or apology words cost nothing... We are not satisfied with their behavior..

Overall it’s very comfortable, the location near metro system, high speed rail n train, which is very convenient for transportation and connections

Room is clean. High ceiling. Quiet. Location, with the mall under the hotel and transportation is so convenience.

Lighting is too dark. A/C is hard to control.

it’s far away from city centre and the price is overrated sometimes even there’s no exhibitions around in Nangang. plus the alcohol and food are overpricing the real Marriott hotel…I used to stay in courtyard by Marriott in Hamburg…the price and the quality there are much more reasonable- the room, the food, breakfast, and the night time relaxing drinks…I really don’t know what’s going on in tw hotel industry- the same as or even higher hotel price than those high income and high tax’s countries like DK, DE, and LDN… needlessly to say, the same group of Marriott in Seoul and Tokyo are also cheaper than I have ever experienced in Taipei…sorry to be so straightforwardness and too much honesty in this comment…but sincerely it’s not a healthy hotel industry…I’m lucky I can fly over to europe all the time and choose good proper Marriott series there…just hoping tw can consider the service rate and majority income rate to have a good balance on the end. thank you.

The staff was very friendly, Room was comfortable and nice decoration with amazing view, nice hotel theme, the stay really was pleasant and comfortable. will come back soon! Recommenced hotel.

Breakfast should include more international foods (Middle East etc...) but it was ok.

The location was great, just above the MRT bus and train station with a mall as well. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean and had beautiful views.

The location is fantastic and convenient and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Variety of options for the breakfast was a plus for the stay.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. The towels are old and the mold in the sink, the tub and shower room are very visible. That was really astonishing. It is not supposed to happen to a 5 star hotel.

Nice room, from decoration to view! The hotel is inside a shopping mall, which offers a wide choice of stores and also restaurants. Next to the hotel is the MRT subway station. AC Airco in the room worked well!

We slept until 11AM and left the room. When we came back the room was not cleaned. If feel in such hotel category, they should supervise cleaning service and make sure even in the afternoon the rooms are properly cleaned.

seems like the bed isn’t very clear I felt itchy the whole time I sleep. hotel said I can not accumulate the Marriott program point since the room is booked at price.com ?

Location was good. Train was just under the hotel. Room was big and really comfortable.

Check in experience was a bit letdown, maybe due to the high traffic & holidays but I've been here twice. The rooms were not ready upon check in time 3pm & you have to wait an extra 1-2 hours for the rooms to be ready. The only compensation was checkout hours was extended by 1 hrs. I hope the management can inform via emails or calls before hand about the late check in issue so we as tourist can manage our time more better.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me communicate with the locals, translating patiently for me. I did not have to lift a finger. They made my stay really pleasant and comfortable.

Although the buffet was huge and had lots of offerings, only some were tasty.
